I placed my order online. Pick up was at 1:30. I arrived at 1:22 at the front register as I’m patiently waiting while the employee is taking care of a customers order , They came to the checkout and he rang him up and walked away from me. I was never acknowledged , spoken to or any thing . I’m standing there the whole eight minutes waiting to be acknowledged another couple walks in and they serve them . So I said something excuse me can I be help. As soon as I said that the lady from the back that made my order came out right at 1:30 on the dot dropping my food off at the register . She says to me while I’m standing there talking to the older gentlemen (employee) I’ve been waiting to be help and I was complaining about how no one attended to me. The lady from the back states with an attitude , well it says 15 minutes until it will be ready . That was not the point I know I was eight minutes early. I wanted to buy a drink while at sat down and waited for my food . But I was never acknowledged so I couldn’t buy a drink and sit down for the eight minutes and wait for my food instead I had to stand there and be ignored. I should’ve got the damn drink for free to be honest..

I want to take the time to say Marquise is amazing, he was the only person taking the drive through orders and making the food. He was very sweet, upbeat, polite and efficient. He definitely deserves a raise, Keep up the great work Marquise!!!!

I normally eat just a Meatball sub. Always its been perfect. Not too saucy not too meaty or soggy or too toasted. But today was a bit disappointing.. i got more sause than meatballs and the bread was really soggy from it. I hate to leave a bad review. I guess thats what i get for ordering at midnight

Joni was a SUPERSTAR !! The entire experience was absolutely PERFECT !!! She’s there Tues, Wed, Thurs. I was there 11/17/25 at 10:59am. Total was $11.06 including tip and I used a coupon. The sub was a footling Nacho Chicken, very tasty. Coupon included foot long, drink and bag of chips.

I ordered from DoorDash. NEVER EAT HERE!!!! There was less than half a salad in the bowl covered with the “dressing” which. should have been on the side – what little salad there is will be totally wilted by the time my roomie gets home from work -waste of $10. My sub was missing 4 items I ordered – extra cheese, vinegar, mustard and tomatoes. At least my 7 yr old can read because these folks obviously cannot. He could soooo be the manager since he’s the only one that can read.

Had a great experience at a different location the week before, so I made the mistake of picking this subway vs jimmy johns yesterday. I ordered the turkey ranch delite and she put 3 slices of turkey on my sandwich (its supposed to be double protein?!) My sandwich was all Mayo and bread. I asked for olives, they literally will give u 3 olives. Had to repeat myself several times as staff wasnt listening or maybe just do what they want. Also spent way too much time in there, even with 2 staff members and only 1 customer in front of me. No sense of urgency.
Never going back to this location again. Waste of time and money!

Service was extremely horrible . We had to wait in line 12 minutes. The employee served with such a negative attitude. I ordered a tuna wrap she put mustard on it. She took tuna off of.my wrap and instead of replacing the wrap she wiped the mustard off my rap instead. And acted as if I was annoying her. She then made my friends sandwich and everything on the bar basically looks like it’s been sitting there for a while. She then proceeded to make my friends sandwich and didn’t make sure it was closed. She cut it while it was open and just wrapped it up in the paper. Cold cut combo meat was discolored. Just sad.
