This Subway is alright. The only highlight about this Subway is the personnel. Sydney! she always greets every customer with a smile. She is the best sandwich maker that this franchise has to offer!
As well as having a new Manager in charge Cat!
I have high hopes for this location with Cat in charge, as the previous manager was crap.
Due to rising prices and policies don’t expect a large portion of meat. I would double down if you are indeed hungry and looking for a satisfactory sandwich.
Finally.
This locations best associate imo is Sydney, so make sure to TIP WELL. They work solo alot of the time.

Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to in decades. I’ve given this Temple Terrace location several tries and every time there’s an issue. This last visit took the cake. In the future I will drive the extra mile and go to the Thonotosassa Subway, which is a thousand times better. The Temple Terrace highway Subway location staff told me that because I didn’t want my sandwich toasted that they couldn’t cook the meat, so they put raw bacon and ice cold rotisserie chicken in my sandwich. I get this same sandwich (rotisserie and bacon) all the time at other locations and no other Subway has ever done this. Also the meat portions were half of what I get at the other subways, I think this franchise owned Subway is skimping on meat and not following subways required protocol. I filed a complaint with corporate before for the same location and will be filing another complaint based on the very nasty sandwich they gave me with uncooked meat. I used to work for the health department and that is a big No-No, health safety code, this practice they do can shut them down. The real kicker is that I asked for the meat to be cooked and the girl said there’s no way that she can cook it unless I get my sandwich toasted, which is a bunch of BS because I get the sandwich all the time and they cook the meat in a little tray. Another issue is, if you order online and go pick up your sandwich, when you get home and open the sandwich it’s not always what you ordered. Overall I’ve visited this Subway at least 20 times, we had Fair service and Fair food only one of those visits, every other visit there has been an issue. I am really not that hard to please, but with so many bad experiences at one location. I am done!

As I mentioned before, I will start going back to the Thonotosassa Subway, they are so much better there, never had a food issue there and the staff must be trained better there because they are always very nice.

The worst subway. There is one main manager who is the BEST but other than him, everyone else is so angry and emotional – I hear them yelling at each other venting about their own personal issues in front of customers while putting pause on building sandwhich. If the main manager is not there I would never go here. I make sure I see from outside if the main manager is there – if he’s not, I dont go in.. it’s that bad. Such a bad vibe.

This subway is super slow, not enough workers on at a time so you’re standing there for 20 mins for one sandwhich with only 2 people in front of you. Nobody services the driveway because they’re overworked up front BY THEMSELVES. The white boy who helped me 2 days ago was stressed and mad he was there by himself and he was very nice and attentive! The two people I got today were SLOW and didn’t even say hello to any of the customers, no smiles when they look at you, they mumble theire questions so you have to ask them what they said, and super unprofessional. He lied when he said he didn’t forget my pizza and then made the persons pizza who was standing after me. They didn’t applogize for the wait, they did t apologize when they made a mistake. Worse location ever. Do BETTER SUBWAY!

I am a regular customer and the lady name Catherine has a nasty attitude I ask a question n she gave me attitude & she even called her boss in front of me like what’s that going to do lol.other than her the rest of the crew has positive attitude n would be smiling. Hopefully I dont experience that again.

This location has been a staple for us since they opened. The employees care about every order, (even the special instructions) and it shows. I would recommend this Subway to anybody! This picture shows exactly what I ordered, I understand not everyone wants a garden
