I placed a pickup order for a footlong sandwich and had selected multiple sauces. Unfortunately, when I checked the sandwich, it appeared that none of the sauces were added. I called the store to confirm, and the team mentioned the sauces were included as per the order and asked me to check again. I did recheck the sandwich, and it still seemed that the sauces were missing.
I’m sharing this purely as feedback for improvement and not expecting anything free in return. I’m also attaching photos for reference. Everything else about the pickup process went smoothly, and with a bit more attention to order details, this would have been a better experience.

Yea I have never had any issues with any subway. I am disappointed with this location. I ordered online… the details of the order on the receipt.
Wrong bread I ordered Garlic herb got reg Italian, paid extra for avocado slices and extra cheese, didn’t get either one. They used rotisserie chicken instead of chicken strips. I asked for two chocolate chip cookies got two brownie cookies.
When I order online I expect a missed detail or two… this was the whole sandwich they got wrong.

Do not Eat here. I ordered a tuna sandwich yesterday evening, and Quickly started feeling nauseous. The nausea then became projectile vomiting. This continued Until 5 AM To a point where I was dry heaving and throwing up stomach bile. I am certain it was the subway due to their lack of cleanliness and/or improper temperatures for the tuna fish. I have never felt so ill from food.
I have reported to Hillsborough county health department.

I’ve been going to this Subway ever since they opened when an older white gentleman was running this location but appears it is Indian operated now and man, I’m so disappointed! As I sit here eating my mediocre salad at best, the friendly customer service is non existent as they both look and sound miserable to be here. The salad I ordered is horrendous… they barely put any toppings on that you asked for. For example, I requested olives and she literally placed 3 on my salad. What!?!? Where do they do that at!?!? The soda machine was not functioning correctly and was out of some selections. Not to mention the atmosphere was awkward and uninviting. Needless to say… probably won’t be back! So disappointed!

The sandwich maker was extremely rude. I placed an online order. It pulled my money, but unfortunately, for some reason the subways app doesn’t transmit the order to them. This happened to me twice now the last time they made the sandwich for me when I got there she said no due to policy. I can’t make the sandwich unless I have the order which I understand I guess even though it was very inconvenient and frustrating to me cause I already paid for it so and I was on my lunch break so very frustrating. The fact is that she thought it was funny and was giggling the whole time at how That my unfortunate situation she thought it was funny and she enjoyed catching an attitude with me. I don’t know her name. She was a younger, Indian woman very rude.

The tomatoes are not fresh at all. Very soggy. This was my dinner. I tossed it in the trash. Id never serve a sandwich that looked like this. Hardly any lettuce. Literally the cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. The staff was so friendly! I’ve never encountered such a friendly and welcoming staff. The food is fresh and the working area looks so clean and organized. The presentation of our food was beautiful.
