Every time I order from this place, they get my order wrong. I just ordered a sandwich and some cookies I ordered 6 omeal raisin, cookies and 2 extra white chocolate macadamian nut cookies. They gave me 6 of the chocolate white chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, which I got the vanilla ones to begin with. So i’m missing two cookies, and they gave me the complete wrong cookies.And this happened last time.

I had not been to this subway for some time. The Manager, Andrew, who told me he was new to the location but not subway was very proud of his store. It had recently been remodeled. He asked me to share if I enjoyed my meal. Well I enjoyed talking with him, I really enjoyed my steak sub and the store looked great. So for Andrew and his extra effort, I am recommending to all to give him a visit.

I went to Subway today on a humbug and I have the best subway attendant that I’ve had in a long time his name was Andrew. He was so polite. His customer service skills was excellent. I will go back just for him.

Absolutely unprofessional. Immediately as you walk it music is just blaring to were your not able to hear what questions they are asking you behind the counter. I was not able to get a name and that just shows how unprofessional this wannabe subway is. It’s not a regular subway. Apparently they don’t have the same things as the subway but yet they advertise to be subway. I walked in and was greeted with not a hi, nor smile but yet with a hasty question of “what bread you eaten”? Just thinking he may be having a bad day I let it go and I say “classic white”. He repeats to me “why didn’t you just say regular” And I tell him it’s pronounced “classic white”. He proceeded to ask for proteins then I replied “turkey and salami please” I noticed he was not putting the proper amount of turkey nor salami that I asked for. Then he told me “this is not a regular subway we are different here”. I asked for him to elaborate please and he screamed at me and told me that “I can’t it’s just not a regular subway!!!”
At this point I politely walk away because I didn’t know who he was talking to like that. Then as I was walking out I told him to “please throw that away that I no longer wanted it. Due to the unprofessionalism that he was displaying”
He then follows me outside and then begins to sweep in front of my car and now I’m feeling threatened because there was nothing in front of my car that needed to be swept. He was just there to make me feel intimidated as I walked out. Then he turns around and his pants are sagging so low I could see his behind. I don’t know if this is a real subway or not.
But I would never have someone like that representing any type of establishment I own. That may be another reason this location has no good reviews.
This establishment needs to be trained immediately.

I dont usually like leaving bad reviews but here I go. I went to get some dinner last night. When I got to the restaurant the door was lock. Google maps and the time frame on the door both said it closes at 9pm. So when I got there at 8:06pm and the doors locked I was a bit confused. I seen an employee who was at the sandwhich bar. She shot me a disgusting dirty look and was told it was closed. I’m a huge fan of subway but this location gave me a horrible taste.

Came here to just get a simple sandwich and the service from the worker was good but the veggie station was completely empty and seemed like they were serving yesterday remaining. The banana peppers didn’t look fresh at all nothing was freshly made and I was nervous to eat my sandwich after because it had a weird smell

I came here to quick bite to eat at 11am they had no bread like what have the employees been doing all morning. It looks like they had just put it in the oven but anyways I got a sandwich and let me say I just to heat it up in the microwave and I only live 3 minutes away

I can appreciate that an employee wants to multitask, but when I have waited in line for 20 minutes for him to finish his online orders which he allows to move to the front of the line and then when it’s finally my turn he Services both me and the person behind me at the same time causing me further delay! That is no way to treat your customers I hope the person behind me tipped him well! Such BS!

Went here 9:37a today and they were closed! Even though the sign states they open at 8a. I called and a woman answered said she was closed because she was doing a catering order! Lol so she is saying no to customers coming in to pay money for food cause she has a catering order. In what business class was this learned? My my my how times have changed since I managed a Subway. You don’t turn customers away. You do the catering order in between. And I was a manager back when you had to braid the bread and pile it all on a wooden board, 3 feet at a time. Catering orders of 20 foot long sub. But I hope your catering order paid enough for all the customers you lost in the 2+ hours you were closed. I did see 3 working guys leave when I was arriving too. Smh I hope the owner sees this.
