Candy is a great with making me and my husband’s sandwiches and kept good conversation with us made us feel like we mattered and not rushing us. We truly appreciate that feeling, to top it all off we were sitting inside the restaurant and how she handled a very rude individual was outstanding especially a individual whom was using racial slurs toward this poor girl she handled it like a champ no one should treat anyone like that individual did. Great customer service very polite and the restaurant is very clean and everything on her front line was fresh, we will be telling our friends and family this is the subway to go to. Very satisfied top subways we have every been to. Thank you Mrs. Candy.

I haven’t been to a Subway in a long time after the location I’m Ruskin consistently messed up my order and employees were lazy. With that being said, this location was amazing. Food was good and the order speed was awesome and there was only 1 employee working. Hailey Pratt did amazing.

So disappointed i came in to get my lunch with my children. Walked in at 2:47pm and the employee asked was i picking up i said no then she stated that she couldn’t help me then because she was on break and didnt get off til 3:00pm I walked out but was confused because It was a couple there eating and the door was unlocked if she was on break why wasn’t there a sign up and why was it customers there unprofessional

Hailey took care of me today, she was super nice and super helpful. She had very good customer service and talked me into buying cookies lol! Best food I’ve had from subway in a while, food was hot and good!

The lady working was EXTREMELY rude to me and all the guests here. Yelling at us and being rude. They were out of tons of ingredients also, ham, avocado, roast beef, provolone etc. 100% do not go here.

I genuinely don’t understand how this subway is still open. They NEVER have chips, drinks, or cookies that they display on doordash. Door dashers always have to wait like 30 mins for two sandwiches because there is only maximum one worker in there at a time. I just don’t understand. And it’s partly my fault for continuing to order thinking maybe they’ll have the chips or drinks or cookies that they promote, or that the food will be worth while or made within a reasonable time. And of course, ordering in person isn’t much better when they are understaffed and are out of stock of everything for some reason? But at least when I go in person I don’t end up paying for cookies or chips that I didn’t even receive.

I have come in numerous times and they never have salad bowls I love eating Subway salads but it’s a inconvenience and I’m not understanding how they don’t order enough bowls it’s like they’re trying to cut costs or something I’m just very disappointed
