Jackie and Tabitha were awesome. Did an online app order before walking in from not far away. The order was almost ready. The food was excellent and the customer service was even better. One of the best Subway restaurants I have ever been in. Very clean bathroom and very clean restaurant. Just a really great experience from all my inner actions. I will definitely be eating here again when I am in the area!!!

Poor customer service. This location has a drive-thru, so I thought, hey, since I’m picking up, I can easily go through the drive-thru for my order. Well, I pressed the service button, got no answer, so I waited in line to get to the window. Once I got to the window the lady said pick ups have to come in. When I got to the window there were two employees visible. When I went inside there was no customers but she couldn’t hand me my sandwich. This will be the last time I come here!

Purchased THREE steak and cheese sandwiches yesterday about 4:30-5:30PM on our way to Orlando for a concert. Get all the way to Orlando and park once we arrived to the venue to eat before going in and all THREE of our sandwiches had a slither of meat!!!! I paid for double on mine and all three had a slither. The sandwiches were so light it felt like all bread with nothing else and I knew something was wrong then I opened them up and sure enough barely any meat at all!! I want my money back I paid $40 for bread!!!! Never again and I will never order and especially online. You literally need to be inside while your food is being prepared or you will get ripped off the same way I did. The owner or manger if you have any customer service etiquette you would make it right with your customer. I’m posting what my daughter did not eat and the only reason I ate mine is because I had not eaten all day and when you take medication and have health issues you have to eat something. This is what was on her sandwich shame on you for giving this to your customers!!! Never again! Don’t with this location!!! And I’ll advise anyone to not go here either unless you have time to go in and watch them make your sandwich then look at it before you leave out of their. If not you are bound to get home, down the road, next city or state before you realize what you were given!!

Honestly, this review is solely because of David. What a genuinely pleasant human and experience. Smiled the whole time. Talked to everyone. Was respectful and kind. Absolutely the best service I’ve had at any subway.

I usually always have pleasant experiences here. The staff is usually very polite. Sadly the Sun sauce is usually out and the oven has been down on multiple occasions in the past.
However I still enjoy using this subway. I have not sat down here before but they have plenty of seating and also recently renovated the interior and it looks very nice. I also have not used the drive through but can confirm they have one.

Second time we’ve ordered food from this subway and it’s been horrible. Some of the subs were toasted some of the subs were missing lettuce and two of the ultimate B.M.T’s only had ham on it. When you call the store no one ever answers the phone and when we went back the last time to complain about the sandwiches the girl had an attitude and said there’s nothing she can do about it. I wish I had her name but this is one of the worst subways to go to.

worst subway i’ve ever been to! i ordered 3 6 in subs online and all of them were wrong the toppings that were requested to be on the sandwich’s weren’t on there and there was stuff on there that wasn’t supposed to be.i also added a special request to toast some of the stuff onto the sandwich which they did not do and when i walked in no one even said a word to me they were just rude.

Fantasia was new, but she was working very hard one of her first favorite sandwich which I tried and she made it for me and it was really good. It seemed like she was super busy and they were short, but she was very attentive and all the customers she was very nice and I really appreciated her great customer service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Beware they are obviously trying to food poison people. I purchased a chicken sandwich and to my disgust found RAW bacon on the sandwich. The health department needs to go see this location. Is it not common sense not to serve customers uncooked BACON!?!? Totally disgusted, and when I called back to complain, no answer. I should have known better. Never again
