I ordered a number 16, all Protein sweeten onion, chicken teriyaki salad, and I got home. Opened it, And there was only the vegetables inside. No chicken. Highly disappointed. Then I asked if the dressing came with it because there was no option online and the lady said if the customer didn’t order it then there’s none. And then look back down and continue to make her sandwich. Didn’t even offer or nothing. Poor excuse for customer service. Not to mention, there was no protein in my protein bowl

Crystal is an amazing server she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy she’s a wonderful person to have as a cashier and server she should get a raise for the work she does the place was clean she was by herself and it was amazing the food we had lasted almost 3 days because it was so amazing

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even showed their face. Employees have attitudes about having to do their job. They rushed us through our order to the point where the meat for the sandwiches was never heated. I will not be returning to this location.

Steph is a poor customer service associate. Me and my family had walked into get something to eat. There was 2 people ahead of us. Steph was taking a long time with the orders and moving very slow. She didn’t great no customer just look like she was having a bad day. We stayed standing there 20min before she started on our order. I had ordered the BMT #18, The Beast #30 and my nephew ordered the Ham and cheese #99. My nephew was on an important phone call as she was asking what veggie he wanted on his sandwich. Steph rudely said get you get off the phone and tell me what you want. I asked if she was having a bad day and then started to argue back with me. She then said ( y’all always come in here and do this) as if we are regulars…. I was livid. I had my 2yr old
in hands and it was very disturbing for my child to even have an experience like this. We are not even from the area. It was very embarrassing and poor customer service. She then said to report it to her manager, pointed at the camera. So here iam given Steph her subway associate review along with corporate will be hearing about this as well. Hopefully this subway can find more friendly, customer adapted associate, then making this place look bad.

The Mobile order was easy. Disappointed. when I walked in. Long lines of over 5 people. Waited 10 minutes for a cookie and pretzel. I felt bad they only had one worker present. Not sure how this location stays open?

I’ve been a customer for decades…it really depends on the location…some have been outstanding and others not so much…the vegetables are not always fresh especially the lettuce and tomatoes…often the restrooms are not as clean as you would expect..I think QC is needed to ensure a positive customer experience every time.

Went there to get a sandwich for my daughter’s lunch. The place was clean and the food was great. The service that Danielle provided was top notch. She was working by herself and seemed to have the place running efficiently. And she was very friendly and courteous. Best service in a subway I’ve seen so far.

Although this is inside of a gas station, it was clean and the food looked fresh. Although it was dinner time, I ordered a breakfast sandwich (available all day!) and my husband ordered a foot long steak and cheese. The staff was really and the food was good. This is my new go to spot when I am craving food from this franchise chain.
