Ive been to this Subway 3 times..I finally give up. The person who is always there (maybe manager/maybe owner) is very friendly, but my order is always wrong. Today takes the cake though. 1 spicey Italian which was made properly, and 2 Philly Cheesteaks. The Philly Cheeses are supposed to have meat onions and cheese. Try having no cheeses a sprinkle of meat and lettuce tomato cucumbers tomato’s and olives ..on a philly. I tried calling but their phone number goes to a car dealership, and when I got their real number it just rings. I will say this as well…the slowest Subway Ive ever been to..avoid this location.

This is my observation. Preparation area of sandwichws looks terrible. No cleanliness whatsoever. I had to ask the clerk to clean the knife thoroughly because he was about to cut sandwich with mayonnaise on the edge of the handle near the blade. We walked in and
clerks looked bored and disinterested whereas other Subways shops they say hello and acknowledge you. Very poorly managed shop. Needs management to care!

Went here and Barbara and Duvaldene were the workers. I asked so when I wrote this everyone would know who was working. Greeted as soon as entered. A bit of a wait because they took their time with the customers ahead of me. Then they also took their time with me. To me that’s good service.

Always short staffed and behind. Always out of things on a norm. Always about 3 people in line but it takes 20min to get in and out. Their is No way anyone here is a manager and if they are it’s purely because their is nobody else to run the place. Unprofessional and lack of work ethic. It’s a headache everything I come in hear to the point of passing it up every chance I get. I’ve been in here 15min. The guy is taking my order the guy behind mes order and the people infront of me are still waiting to pay for their meal. By the time he gets done my sandwich will be so suggy. Ofcourse now I’m waiting on the people behind me because their is only one employee here trying to do 3-4 diffrent things alone. He just told the guy behind me their out of something as he did the people infront of me. I couldn’t even get white bread again because their out of that as well. Nightmare sanerio.

Never will I ever ordered online through the app ever again. I’m tired of other subs and want to start having Subway subs but if I pay $15 for a sub and paid for extra meat and extra cheese and also asked that it be only 2 tomatoes cut in half going across and the mayo and mustard on the bread itself not the toppings and end up getting just a regular sub for the price of $15 I don’t want to even use the app or make the place my regular spot.

Last time I order something from this place. After placing an order online, it arrived 30 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready and they still kept me waiting for 1 hour to place my order, which was only 4 footlongs. In addition to that, without vegetables and paying for the most expensive sub series and giving me little meat. A real lack of respect.
