Ordered online a pickup of 2 sandwiches- both missing cheese, not roasted, veggies looked tired and seemed like it was sitting too many days in the fridge, amount of food was lacking, bread was hard to chew very dry. I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD SANDWICH IN SUBWAY BEFORE. I opened a ticket on their website and they closed it without even contacting me. What a horrible place.

Very poor customer service.
Employees argument with customer when customer said something about a wrong way they are making customer food.
I just said a little be of mustad and they don’t care.they must put only 2 line of each sauce ,but instead they look like their are playing or painting over your food.
I don’t know what is the rush if they don’t have a person behind me waiting. Was only me. Employee need more training.
That enployee said he had 6 years working for subway . Incredible!.

Went in one night a few weeks ago again…woman at counter was very nice! Very patient in dealing w rude people before me as well.
This restaurant seems to have improved in the last month or so. But guy making sub a little crabby. But for most part, staff today were new and nice. Portions are still on the light side and now they have a drink machine behind the counter preventing re fills. But food was good, seems to be remodeled, and tables were clean!

Hello I’m a customer,
And yesterday I went to get kids meal.
First of all the elderly lady there was very nasty and she said that they have no kids meal . I saw they do have kids meal they just didn’t want to give it to me to give it to my kids.
She was more friendly with the black guy but working in Walmart that was getting pizza in a Coke.
And the fountain of Coca-Cola the sign says sorry no free refill I mean what kind of people working there?.
I hope they change the service and I hope they’ll have different people working they’re not black.
Because of black people are very lazy bum and they don’t like to work not all of them but few of them.
The young girl was nice not bad but the elderly woman was very ugly and very cold and in fact she got annoyed.
Subway you should hire people not black only white to work in Subway.
I will never come to the subway again and I will never let my daughter go there and ask for anything from them if she want to drink something or eat I’ll buy her in the self checkout water and a snack or something but never from Subway.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. The two women that made my sandwiches didn’t stop cursing while talking to each other, literally every other word they said was a curse word. The quality of the sandwiches the made were terrible. I had gotten a standard wrap and they forgot to put the Guacamole on it. However the place was just remodeled and everything looks kinda new now. I will not be returning to this subway ever again.

I would never return to this subway . As soon as I walk in the guy working walked out as if something happened . I waited 15 minutes and he never returned. For someone that seen me walk in with my 2 kids it’s pretty ridiculous he didn’t even acknowledge he’ll be right back or anything since he seen me walk in. Worst customer service . My daughter wanted subway for her field trip and that was ruined !!! Myself and my family were also ready to eat from a long day at work ! Thanks for ruining thay !

Steven was so helpful and understanding. I can’t have gluten and since most Subways don’t carry gluten free bread, I ask for a sub without bread. Often I get a weird look, or the person doesnt understand, or they make a big deal but he didn’t. And he made my sandwich perfect!

The two guys who were working today were very kind to me. the time that I was sitting eating I saw them cleaning the tables and the section where they prepare the food. I congratulate you guys .the only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t see mayonnaise, olive oil outside as they had before.

It’s hard to get a bad sandwich at Subway. Almost all of their subs are fresh made and delicious. Meatball subs are one of my favorites. The only caveat is that you don’t usually get as much meat as you were hoping for.

This place has a policy that discriminates against people who have either a medical or religious exception with regards to mask mandates. Walmart allows me to shop here with my medical exception and the Subway is inside. However, Subway would not allow me to buy a sandwich. Oddly enough, I was asked to raise a shirt to my face, then I was asked to raise one elbow to my face to cover my mouth. It just doesn’t make sense. What would be the point of that?? I just told him, I wasn’t go to be doing that while I stood in line. After which, I left.
