Ordered via email for a meeting. Maria followed up with a phone call. Food was prepared and ready for pickup on time. All custom requests were accurate.The food was great! Attendees were impressed with the food. Catering box gave a professional presentation for our meeting.

Manager has an attitude towards every customer. If you have a problem with your food, she doesn’t even acknowledge your concerns, instead she debates with you about how you are making invalid opinions. If I feel like your employee didn’t properly cook my sandwich, why do you feel that I’m lying? I just wanted it to be reheated. Is that too much to ask? P.s. The bread aren’t fresh and something is missing… flavor and respect!

Second visit and my chicken bacon ranch had to be reheated 3 times. Manager please check the camera. I would like a refund or another sandwich. Under staffed, dirty lobby, no napkins, no trays.
