HORRIBLE experience! First, I pull up to the employee in front of the door, smoking a blunt. Then she followed me in and rudely asked if I was just picking up. I said, “No, I was in there to make a sandwich.I have not placed an order yet.” She had an attitude while making the sandwich. Then she doesn’t know how to charge one of those pepperoni rolls ups. So she charges me $9 for it! They only cost $3. She refused to give me dipping sauce for it as well. This was my first and last time I would never go there. If you don’t you like your job, then don’t work there. BTW, I had just a regular steak and cheese sandwich and a pepperoni roll-up, nothing special. It wasn’t a difficult order.

Very displeased with the service at this Subway. I’m all for Subway as a company but whoever was working to complete our order tonight must not have been paying attention. I ordered a foot long, and received a six inch. It was supposed to come with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, but both were missing. And it looks terrible. It’s a hiring market, many people are looking for jobs. Maybe try being more selective when hiring.

Terrible place I order a Philly cheese sandwich and I thought it was the sauce that tasted funny when I looked at my other half I open the sandwich and smelled the Philly and it smelled really bad and rotten I have been throwing up ever since

This place is to be avoided at all cost until management puts some capable people behind on staff. I was picking up an order for delivery and the arrogant jerk behind the counter refused to make the order. He was more interested in socializing with his friend a than preparing the order. After 20 minutes of waiting I l we ft the store. As an FYI, if you are the owner or the manager of this establishment, feel free to reply and I will provide the details.

I go to subway after work for dinner every other day, and the young lady who works when I come in ALWAYS greet me also she always have a smile on her face. She makes sure that I’m satisfied within the few minutes of me being there while ordering. If she doing that for me , I KNOW for a fact she makes sure all her customers is leaving this places satisfied also. She also makes my subs neat if I could I would give her employee of the month lol.

I went there today to get a tuna sub and the atmosphere, customer service, and the food was outstanding. As soon as I entered into the store I was greeted. Ronaldo gave outstanding customer service. He made sure that my sub was the way that I wanted as well as asked how my day was going. Great service hands down.

My daughter was there today and purchased 2 ft long sandwiches and then my husband asked our daughter to buy 1 more and the person that is working there seems to be overworked responding with a very unpleasant attitude and telling my daughter that she should have asked for the 3rd sandwich when ordering the first 2 and that she was alone and that was a waist of time! This is unacceptable service in such a well known franchise. I would suggest some customer service training and getting this person some help too.

Absolutely a 100% positive experience. I called the store to see if I could order cookies, and I as told yes. Then the lady explained to me that if I gave them a timeframe they would be freshly baked. Wonderful! I ordered them for a co-workers birthday and when I arrived the owner greeted me and let me know the cookies were ready. I had little treat boxes I wanted to separate the cookies into and asked if I could use he table and to get them into the boxes. Of course he allowed me to do so, and he gave me disposable gloves to use! Outstanding! We chatted about his remodel of the store and the excitement for the change. By the way, it was very hard to see a remodel was talking place as everything was contained in one area and nice and neat. When I need a Subway fix, this is the one I will frequent even though I have an option closer to me. They have a loyal customer in me! Thank you for the excellent service.
