I honestly should’ve trusted the reviews before coming here.

My girlfriend and I went to this Subway and ended up walking out because of the employee’s attitude. We were placing three sandwich orders. My girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted, I knew what I wanted, but I was waiting on my mom to confirm hers. Instead of starting the two sandwiches that were ready to go, the worker insisted she needed all three orders before she would begin because she “wanted to make all three at the same time.”

There was no line behind us, no rush — just unnecessary pressure and attitude. She kept pushing me to hurry up and figure out my mom’s order instead of simply starting the ones we already knew. The tone and body language were rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Customer service goes a long way, especially in food service. A little patience and flexibility would’ve solved everything. Instead, we felt rushed and disrespected, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up getting food somewhere else and will not EVER be returning to this location.

After reading the reviews beforehand, I was already skeptical — now I understand why.

This is the absolute worst Subway I have ever eaten at customer service is rock bottom low and unprofessional. Food quality is absolutely the worst. I don’t know why they have not closed this location down. I’m sure the only business they have is due to location. Food is absolutely disgustin. Extremely old and still tasting quality food. Also, they refuse to give you refunds regardless of your dissatisfaction with the food. The cashier has the audacity to tell you the food tastes fine as if she’s eating the sub that you are looking at.

I definitely agree with the last review. My family and I just left this Subway location and the food was terribly stale. The place looks old, not inviting at all. The bread is awful. I had wheat and my husband, son, and daughter had white bread… all stale. The cashier #69 as it said on the receipt (no names) anymore, she was very upset that we didn’t leave a proper tip. She said loudly “thank you very much” then pushed the tip jar. I don’t know what’s happening to Subway but they use to be much better than this. Plus, the amount of meats has gone way low. And prices way up. And also I asked about how fresh are the cookies that looked “not fresh” and she kept yelling at me “they were made this morning 9am so they are fresh! I remember subway use to make cookies through out the day.

I ordered my food, as a delivery driver I am delivering packages all day by the time I go on break my hands are super dirty, I asked the subway employee if I can use the restroom to wash my hands with a mean face she said it is out of order, be mindful I am in the area all the time I used to come to that subway all the time but because of the restroom citation I stopped going there about a year ago, today I decided to tried again restroom was still out of order. She gave me my food, right when I started eating she kicked me out of the lobby for no reason. And she pointed this is the store address for me to go complain. Today was my first time in long time and it will be my last time. Stay away from that subway the service is bad.

i love this subway mostly for June! i’m right in the middle of 3 subways all within the same distance, but i always come here for June. she’s always so kind and funny. very sweet older lady. the food was good too.

I had a very troubling experience at this Subway location involving an elderly employee. After placing a simple order and paying with my card, I later discovered that a tip had been added without my consent. I never authorized a tip, nor was I given the option to add one.
When I confronted the employee, she claimed she had voided the transaction, but my bank clearly showed the charge had gone through, including the unauthorized tip. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to call the police, as what happened was clearly wrong.Even with authorities involved, the employee lied about voiding the payment, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable.I hope corporate and local management take this seriously and ensure stricter oversight of transactions. Customers should never have to deal with this kind of situation.

I won’t be returning to this location.

what really makes this Subway special is the older lady who works there. She’s the sweetest! Always smiling, super kind, and you can tell she puts care into every sandwich. She’s patient, gentle with her words, and just has this warm, comforting energy — like a sandwich grandma

She honestly makes the whole experience better. Big thank you to her for being such a lovely part of the day! ✨

This was the worst subway restaurant that my family and I have ever been too!
We placed an order online and paid for it online. When we got to the restaurant, the employee told us that she doesn’t take orders online or over the phone. She was extremely rude towards myself and my dad. She was also yelling at us when we asked where our order was. She was over 10 minutes late miraculously after we questioned her about how we could have made an online order and her not except it, she miraculously came up with it without an explanation. We thought that she was making the other patrons orders. When we got home, we found that the subs didn’t have the ingredients that we chose online such as salt and pepper oil, vinegar, Oregano, mayonnaise, And mustard. Also the bread was not the one that we chose online. The meat was very scarce and had a funny taste to it. The nachos had no cheese and were stale. We could not eat it and had to throw them out. Which is upsetting to us because we only went to this particular restaurant because the nachos were still being sold there. Worse than the food was the horrible behavior of the employee today’s date is June 6, 2025 and we got to the restaurant around 6:50 PM. For identification purposes The employee was an older Caucasian lady. We really hope that the owner is reading this review and take some corrective action so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We will not be back to your establishment.

By far the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever the elderly woman working there seems to have an attitude problem. She’s extremely rude, seems as she hates being there. She waited until she was done wiping down all the tables to assist me with my order. I won’t come here again. The subway located on Forest Hill and Congress is way much better and is family oriented. The owner is extremely nice so I will stick with that store going forward.

I love this location, one of my favorite Subway locations because it’s right next to home, convenient and the sandwich artists are so great! My food is always fresh, the salads are great and the new fresh lemonades that they have make me want to come back for more each time! The cookies are so amazing !
