The lady that works here is very rude!! she has no great customer service skills at all. She walked away with an attitude in the middle of her making my sub all because I asked her to toast my sandwich first before putting the meat on it. Every time I come she has an attitude, I will never spend my money at this location again.

The manager with the messed up teeth is the most disrespectful disgusting human being I have ever met. Mind you I called several times before coming to the store they took my money then told me they can make my order but I would have to pay and then proceeded to flick me off while I was with my kids and was walking out the store. I called the store and they never answered. I would give no stars if I could.

I’m not sure where my review went. It seems to have been deleted. I’ve never met a ruder woman than the one who runs the subway. I made an order on the app, and when I went to pick it up, she told me that they canceled it because I couldn’t use the coupon on top of the Friday sub deal. But I’m not the one that did it, the app automatically applied it. So if the app allowed it, why did they cancel it? I still don’t know because when I questioned it. All I got was nasty from the lady who threatened to call the police When all I wanted to know was why did the app accept it if the store did it. In the end it’s because the store takes a hit when they don’t accept headquarters Coupons on the app. So this franchiser allows the coupon to be used on the app, but then just cancels it on customers who come in to pick them up. And tell them they can pay the full price. It’s a lousy standard. I’m done with Subway. If I can’t use the app to order and know that I’m gonna get my food when I go to pick it up, it’s pointless.

Won’t honor subway deals advertised and charged me for them anyways. They said they voided it but spent an uber ride there and back to pick it up. Bs worst subway ever. Food cold. Food terrible. Too expensive.
It says they have coca-cola on the app, but they don’t they have Pepsi.
My sub had little to NO meat and ingredients on it! I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki… it was FLAT. That’s how little meat it had on it and it was a foot long.
They charged me 21.75$ for a foot long chips and a drink!

This location is not a very friendly one. They also will not honor things you buy through the app. If you get 2 sandwiches online with a deal they will only give you one of them stating they don’t honor online promotions.

Horrible experience! I have a two year old & asked for a water cup I also asked for a cup that I paid for and I filled up my cup. I poured a little into my two year olds water cup and had his own water so I used that because I don’t let him drink soda. The lady with the glasses threatens to hit me if I did that again! She came at me infront of their customers and she even pushed her employee out of the way! All for something I payed with for a two year old! She then called the police on me and my two year old! Sadly she is the owner! I support small businesses but this lady does not deserve the support from people the threatens to hit and comes at aggressively! As soon as she saw my camera she acted like I was the one in the wrong! And called the cops.

Terrible older short lady with glasses behind the counter! Loud and rude when handing her a electronic gift card saying “what’s that” I don’t take those! I told her it was the same as cash! She then became severely agitated and aggressive trying to scan a bar code in several different directions to quick to catch it saying See..See..this is no good! No one was in the place and she clearly had no understanding of manually entering the certificate numbers and pin. I suggested she call Subway corporate as I use Subway gift cards at many Subways. I had a twenty dollar bill to then pay her for the bagged sub but she then slammed the bag on the counter repeating no one is going to tell her what she should do! This lady is scary! I carefully walked out of this creepy place as she continues screaming “have a nice day” over and over. No way was I going to turn around and engage as she truly wanted! I just never thought the day would come that I must Google to read reviews before going into a Subway that I’ve never been before! Don’t go near this one! Terrible!

Never met such a rude subway worker in my life, thank god the other gentleman made my sandwich. All I did was ask for a side of MVP sauce to try since I didn’t get it on my sub which it comes with… and literally got YELLED AT… the little old Spanish lady GOTTA GO!! rolling her eyes at the customer before me and then yelling at me for asking for a small side of sauce.. the other worker was very polite and told me her name was Theresa. She needs to be gone ASAP, way too rude to be around civilized people. Stick to pub subs, jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes. Subways is on its way out if this is who is managing it.
