There has been several times when I go to this subway to have for diner. Ordered online or just to make an order and they are ALWAYS CLOSED. Today I draw the limit. The manage wants to make money, then hire people who want to work. Today I came at 10pm and the door was locked and lights off. The girl was I don’t know what she was doing and waves closed. The sign and Google says it closes at 11pm. THATS A WHOLE HOUR!! Terrible terrible terrible.

I typically have a wonderful experience when shopping at subway. The older lady is nice & professional, although her English isn’t great. However, the young lady is rude unprofessional & ugly inside & out. I was very nice & patient as she made other sandwiches for grubhub. She acted as if me standing there was annoying her or something? And she didn’t put my money in my hand she left on the counter as if she had a problem with me. Anyway, I will continue to eat my subway in a neighborhood we pay taxes in.

Horrible. The one star you are forced to give or the review will not get posted is a -1. I ordered a salad and they only put veggies and bologna. Their phone was busy so I couldn’t even speak to anyone. They got the sandwich wrong and didn’t give me two of the cookies that were part of the meal. You are better off going to Jersey Mike. Don’t waste your money

This was probably my most favorite Subway experience ever!!! Cassandra was very friendly and in good humor (even though she had some equipment failures and seemed to be dealing with inventory issues). I will definitely return only to this Subway in Kendall, and look forward to seeing Cassandra again! One more thing… my mom is a picky eater and said this was the best Subway she’s ever eaten! Thanks!!!

Ordered to this restaurant on accident, intended to order online pick up at a different store. Subways policy is; if you need to change or cancel an order you have to call the store that took the order and these guys won’t answer the phone. As far as I’m concerned this subway has stolen from me.

The subway says what time they will open but, they do not open then the lady inside hides and when she saw we weren’t going away she stated she would be open in an hour if your hours are posted that is the time you open you do not make it up as you go along. This is not acceptable

Subway sandwich are Subway sandwiches at any Subway location. However. The customer service varies. And the employees of this particular Subway location are beyond rude. They seem annoyed by the customers. They look and talk to you like you are the biggest pain in their a$$! I’m not the type of complicated picky customers who asks for much. And I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions and at different times. Always rude employees!

Change your time on google. It actually closes at 10:00 p.m., not 10:30 p.m. I went in at 9:40 p.m. thinking it closed at 10:30 to order and they denied me service, very rude, the man closed and locked the door in my face. Do not recommend this location. If they don’t want to serve at 9:40 put 9:30 closing time. 10:00 or 10:30 on Google.

Just ordered post mates special “New” chicken chipotle sub” limited time. Got the sub with no jalapeño, no greens (lettuce or spinach as promised) and it tasted completely bland bc it had no onions. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERS!!! I want my money back and a huge credit!!!! #Superpost. Need I say more! Rehire your night staff they rip you off!!!!!!!
