as another person pointed out in a previous review. the lady there now is beyond rude. I used to eat there at least once a week sometimes more when the other 2 ladies were there, they were always kind and helpful. I will drive to the one on 137th ave from now on as long as that lady is there. I gave her grace the first time thinking maybe she is having a bad day but went again yesterday and same result. you are going to push all your customers away if you do not find a better employee.

Vic’s review is spot on she is horrible gonna have to do the same thing as him and go somewhere else. She was there alone tonight 1/22/26 my experience happened after 7pm So bad i left the food at the register and walked out. I got tired of putting up with her attitude… All the other employees are really happy and have great customer service i know this is a family owned business because my wife had an issue with her before like 6 months ago im guessing and she called corporate. If shes is there ill just go somewere else we normally eat here all the time spend $100’s monthly so close to home and generally have a good experience i hate leaving a bad reviews on a business especially only because of 1 inconsiderate employees if it wasn’t for her this would be a 5 star review. I know for sure all the bad reviews on here are only about her with out even looking at them. I’m sure this would have 5 stars at this location if it wasn’t for her….

The lady working at this location is incredibly rude, has an attitude and looks absolutely miserable doing her job. It is embarrassing that subway has someone like that representing them. I understand she’s older but she can atleast try providing some customer service. Never returning to this location!!

I’m blown away by the positivity and warm welcoming I received from Niuris. Absolutely professional as can be. She greeted with a big a sincere smile. She deserves kudos for her genuine dedication to her job.

I want to start off by saying, if you want to experience horrible customer service, come here. Super rude and non caring. Niuri or niura i dont even know what her name is because she was yelling so loud at me that i couldn’t even understand her. I walked in with a puppy and instead of being nice, she started to scream at me and ask me if the pet was a service dog. Before i can even answer her question she continued to scream and tell me that i should know better than to bring a pet to any food place that she has dogs of her own and wouldnt dare to do what i did. She continued to rant and scream as i walked out defending myself because she was literally SCREAMING. It was so loud that a customer inside the store offered to hold my puppy outside… the other employee was trying to just make me my order because i was not even going to eat inside as this rude lady kept going at it with me. She claimed to be the “manager” and when i asked her what the store number was so i can contact corporate, she told me “look for it yourself” and “get out of my store already” by far the worse experience ever.

I’m super happy with this Subway. I love the brand but sometimes you get disappointed at some of the stores. In this case, I’m more I love with this franchise thanks to the customer service and the caring they put into every sandwich at this particular store.

On 5/25/24, my wife and I stopped at this location to get a quick lunch. One of the ladies behind the counter came out to wipe down tables and as she was doing so, she made a comment in Spanish that it was left messy and “it was the gringo that ate here!” She went on to say “well what do you expect that’s the way they are!” I am offended! I am an American! This is very offensive and inexcusable. We are all Americans and must not generalize based on one individual’s habits.

Terrible messy made subs, two ladies no English with attitude. Vegetables just didn’t look fresh spinach, tomatoes, lettuce with brown borders. And they tasted terrible couldn’t finish mine. 2nd time I get Burnt here also the location on 11865 Sw 26 st! Stick with publix much better subs.
