I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway.

After getting my sandwich, I was given a cup for a fountain drink. When I went to get ice, I noticed black dots mixed into the ice in my cup. I poured it out, thinking it was strange but tried again. The second time, more black dots came out — along with a black clump about the size of a penny.

I walked over to the employee who made my sandwich and asked for a bottled drink instead. Neither he nor his coworker seemed surprised. They briefly spoke to each other in their language before handing me a bottled drink from the fridge. I made sure to show him what came out of the ice machine in front of other customers.

It was disgusting. If I hadn’t checked my cup, I could’ve easily swallowed whatever that was through a straw. I don’t know if it was mold or something else, but the clump had a soft texture — almost like a piece of meat, completely black.

I will not be returning. The only positive is that the restroom was clean, which I used before ordering.

The corporation has to investigate fraudulent overcharging customers by this store managers/owners. Repeatedly, even after we had pointed out, they charge our $8.99 Subway/All-American Clubs for $9.99 on some other sandwiches that we didn’t order and didn’t get (for example Steak and Cheese). Stay away from it or watch out carefully. We personally won’t go there again until this is corrected.

This is one of the best Subway’s that I have been to. The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing, the food tastes really good and the sandwich artists are very good at preparing great sandwiches! There is a slim, tall sandwich artist at this location that always prepares my sandwich and everytime he nails it and puts a great sandwich together, absolutely one of the best! I would totally recommend anyone to pass by this location if you ever craving Subway, you won’t regret it!

They didn’t want to take my subway coupon today! I was told they don’t take paper coupons. Better off going to Publix for a sub. You get more for your $$

Nasty as hell! Soda machine was disgustingly dirty and, when telling the employee, he did absolutely nothing and left it like that! If that was the soda machine, i don’t even want to imagine how they have the kitchen! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I had a Curbside order pick up, I tried calling the store once the app told me my order was ready and the phone kept ringing. I decided to go inside then the two men looked at me and ask if i have a pick up I said I have a curbside, meaning you are supposed to bring it to the car. They looked back at the shelf and handed me my order, no sorry or no acknowledgement. Definitely not coming back to this location, work on having better service.

Terrible service, workers just didn’t care at all to be there, slow moving, wouldn’t look at you, most speech was mumbling. Tried to overcharge me for a different menu item then I ordered, person before me had issues as well as workers didn’t know how to apply rewards credits and then was denied a water cup by being coldly told “we don’t have any of those”. Lettuce was not even close to looking fresh. Good location to avoid.
