My experience here is always awesome. The Subway specialist, Jorge R. is totally amazing. He always does an excellent job when creating requests. He is focused and makes everything perfect for the customers. I am super picky with my tastes and Jorge listens and makes the sandwiches perfect. I would not go anywhere else. It just was a very pleasant service for me. The store is always clean and welcoming. A+ and 5 stars to Jorge!

I went to the subway today with a coupon for a footlong and you get a chip and cookie free, the employee was unable yo read in english and I explained her, for my surprise when I arrive at home she put a chip in the bill for 1.70, I called now to let her know and nobody answer the phone. The employees need to understand and read the coupons, at least, please let the employees in the training because it is not correct. Subway of 118 Ave Sw Coral Way, shopping center Las Americas. I came here asking for a ham sandwich which was on sale for the day. When I ask why I was not given the on sale price I was told in a rude way because I didn’t ask for it. I didn’t know the promotion price or meal was only given if you ask for it. The lady was very rude did not even try to solve the issue. If she didn’t wanted to provide a recons the only thing she needed to do was make it the foot long so I can get the deal. Then she went ahead and ignore me and continue talking about going to Cuba with another lady.

Took lunch at this subway today. The service was amazing and the Manager was awesome he saw I was undecided on what I wanted and he suggested a sandwich and it turned out to be delicious! Thank you Dedrien if I’m ever back in town I’ll make sure to get lunch here just because of your service today!

I understand the pandemic has required a lot of changes, but don’t advertise that you do take out, post a sign in the window offering take out, and then refuse a take out order. If you don’t want to do take out orders, that’s fine, just be honest about it.
