This is the third time this month I come between 10:30-10:45pm and they say they are closed even though they don’t close until 11pm according to the hours listed on the door and online. They should really change their hours if they don’t want to serve anyone after 10:30pm. Also, the door was open but they, yes two people – refused to serve me.

Very expensive experience for a bad service and on the top, the coke is not working at the fountain ..

Horrible service!!!! The door is open their is clients inside, the open sign is still on and they are taking orders but she refused to let me order. Never again will I stop at this subway. Thus is the second time this happens.

After having a bad experience 30 min earlier (12/9/22 at 9pm) at the subway down the street (on sunset and 97th), we went to this location and the young woman behind the counter named Johanna, gave us the best service ever!!! She was polite, cordial and very attentive. She made excellent subs, all while wearing a great smile. In the future I will go out of my way to this location just because a great quality service, she is an asset to the company. Five Stars!

We came at 10:50pm since they close at midnight. Door was closed, nobody inside, 5 people knocking the door and waiting outside. I called, no answer.
We waited for 10 minutes before the employee to open the door. It seemed he was on his break. Not to blame. Unfortunately, not a good humor, seemed lost as well.
Perhaps management to be blamed.

On 5/17/19 at 11.15am I placed an order via Subway mobile services. I received confirmation email that the order was received by location 8768 Sunset Dr Sunset West Shopping Center Miami, FL 33173, USA Restaurant #26295. My mother went to collect the order at 11.30am as the application confirmed it was ready to collect. When she arrived the person behind the counter told here that she was alone and had gotten no order. My mother had the order confirmation and told them yes it had been charged as well. So she then told them ok can you make it now and I will wait, the person told her no. That she would have to contact a Manager. I called the corporate number and explained what was occurring, she stated that she can see the order the POS and that she was going to contact the store. They would not answer the call so I entered the store and awaited in line for someone to attend me in line to pass the corporate rep to them. When the it was my turn I explained who I had on the phone, and the 3 people behind the counter said no they would not speak to her and the manager left at 11am. This is the second time this has ever happened to me. I left the store and the corporate member provided me with a gift card to cover the charge that would most likely not be credited. The manager contacted my mother Lisbeth, and it is then that we realized that this is the same store manager as the 7311 SW 97th Ave Miami, FL 33173, USA Restaurant #819 where I had the same issue 2 years ago. This is absolutely ridiculous I order from the mobile app many times as I feel that really allows for easy pick and ordering as I wait 20 minutes before collecting orders so that the restaurant has time. These two location have the most atrocious, self entitle belittling staff I have ever encountered. My mother not once spoke bad or in an ill tone to anyone, nor did I as we treat others with respect no matter what they are doing, as we are hoping to resolve and issue. I feel that these two locations need to be removed from mobile ordering as they cannot seem to handle them. At least this will prevent others from encountering the same issue I have 1.5 later still charge and no money, waiting in line for a solution and just being told no.

Clean location and good food. 3 employees stood in the back ignoring me, they kept glancing at me so they knew i was there, for a minute before I got served, which is why I don’t give them a 5 star review, but after that she was polite and helpful.
