Terrible service! The girl working this Sunday was so rude and with a bad attitude since we walked through the door. My friend asked for swiss cheese and says we have never had that, and my friend kindly said well that’s strange I had it last time I came here. And she said “okay, bye girl” and refused to make her the sandwich, so we obviously left. I hope she understands if the business doesn’t sell she shortly won’t have a job . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

The lady who made my sandwich was nice however the vegetables looked dry and no sweet peppers are available. Guacamole is an option. Tried to use a Subway coupon and found out that this store doesn’t accept coupons. Napkins weren’t given to us. When I went back to get napkins, the lady who made my sandwich informed me that she did give me napkins. Not sure what happened however thank you.

The “manager” would not give me what I wanted to order I even asked if I could pay double.
Not only that she seemed like she didn’t care about me the customer.
At my local subway in my city they give me what I want no problem all of them in my city do. However here with a employee that doesn’t care of course I leave Disappointed, Dissatisfied and leave very Disrespected.
If all other subways can Achieve to do a simple request for a customer why can’t you? Because the person working doesn’t even care for the customer.

Would give 0 stars. The lady working there is no help. Calls her manager one time and then keeps telling me no this this this. Couldn’t even try to give me something in exchange for something that they didn’t have in store that I ordered online.

I was totally nice to this Spanish lady the way she serviced me was very disrespectful. I called her. I never disrespected her not one time I got my sandwich. Came home only three meatballs on the sandwich. I’ve gotten this sandwich. Plenty of time from other restaurants. I come here when I go there to that sandwich locationthe black girls that are there. If you can , please drive extra and go to other subway. Usually my sub is always delicious and a lots of veggies and crunchy and juicy with sauces ,i wanted cucumbers, spinach , tomatoes and onions and sauces . Only got little bit of lettuce and one piece of tiny little miserable cucumber and quarter slice of tomato that looks like from the can and not even sauces were there , my sub is always sweet with honey mustard and chipotle and seems like they were missing lack of topping and sauces btw I tipped them on my online order , so I do not know why . maybe manager do not let them to put topping and told them to put less toppings and less sauces or something .Ordered 2 footlong subs and I just throw them away and started to cry I wish I could get into time machine and never go there I was so excited about my my sandwich and It ruined my mood and cried for my sandwich being so bad at their parking lot in my car

The tuna was brown, dry and old, the lettuce and spinach was old brown and the pan they were in had freezer burn ice. I understand that it’s one worker but someone is gonna get sick and then it won’t be good. 3 people walked out while I was there. Me and my husband waited almost 30 minutes to be served. We didn’t leave because we’re not those type of people but please speak with staff because if we seen it, others seen it.

I use to come to this place .. service was good..now service it’s terrible!! Communication terrible they are so disorganized. This please should be close until they get it together. The staff look so confused.. sad how the owner losing customers.
