Yikes. I saw some of the reviews and wanted to give them a chance anyways. OVERPRICED SIGNIFICANTLY compared to other Subways, especially in the area. I asked for a minor change I get at other ones and it was “too much” and “not really a thing they do.” When I mentioned that I get it elsewhere, the guy was kind of abrasive about it. Would not recommend. There’s a different Subway not that far on Bird Rd that’s much better.

When I walked in, the restaurant was completely empty and there was no line. Despite that, I still had to wait about 15 minutes before the employee even acknowledged or started my order because he was focused on three pickup orders. On top of that, he told me I couldn’t dine in, even though I arrived at 7:40 PM and the store doesn’t close until 8:30 PM. I was told I had to take my food to go, which was very disappointing.

Worse customer service ever. The store closes at 10:30 based online hours. I placed my order online & this old lady with long hair with glasses doing the pm shift had the door locked. I showed her my phone & she didn’t even care ! She said they were closed !!! Best part is I was charged !!! It seems like that’s the owner in the background also, & he doesn’t seem to care !! I called 3 times while I was in my car & even though he was inside & the rude lady, nobody cared to answer the phone. This store deserves to be closed down by corporate. I will be filing for my refund !

I went here for lunch and purchased a spinach wrap with steak and bacon. Subway does have good offerings. From a calorie perspective , the food is above average. I would say with the choices of vegetables you can add , the nutrients should be pretty good too. I’m not completely sure about how healthy the sauces are. The lack of gluten free wraps or buns is problematic for me. I just eat the inside and skip the wrap. I do recommend

After a very long walk, I discovered that the 10:30pm close time listed on Google was inaccurate. 9:45pm and the place is a ghost town. I’d say call first, but I’ve learned that most Subways don’t answer their p ones. Well, Keaton learned. At least I got my 3 miles in today!

The counter has been empty since I came in. The service was kind of rude, nobody came out if the bell didn’t ring and the woman that took my order was rude. Also the he bathroom was awfully dirty

Corporations needs to get manger involved in this place ! Worse customer service. Very bad sub, attitude from employees, I’m really disappointed paid for something and was not even able to eat it. chicken teriyaki they had to put the sauce on the actual chicken instead of the chicken coming with the sauce already! Crazy place .

August 16, 2023 Wednesday 8:40pm, cashier is already doing the closing duties with the door locked. Made me a sign from the inside they’re already closed. So I guess they don’t close at 10:30pm as advertised or these employees are closing way earlier than they should.
