Ordered through Uber Eat. The sandwich was made to order but they forgot my bottled drink and chips as part of the combo. They provided no napkins and did no answer the phone when I tried calling. Uber granted me a refund.

Thee absolute WORST PLACE TO COME DURING ANY HOUR OF THE DAY . The staff is rude & gives you attitude for no reason. Not to mention my bread was SO hard, I ASKED FOR MORE FRESH BREAD THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NONE it’s 10:35 am honestly I wanted my money back but I’m pregnant & was hungry. Almost $14.00 for what ? *UPDATE*

One year has passed after my review and still this restaurant hasn’t changed. I came an HOUR before closing and the employees tell me they are closed because “There’s no Bread”. What a shame. This is a horrible experience with two closed subways before the actual closing time the same DATE.

This location only accepts “Exact Cash or Card Only” at night and half the location’s lobby it’s closed between 8:00 PM -9:00 PM but I still didn’t complain because I’m a current restaurant employee and do understand some employees like to “pre-close” to get out early. The problem today it’s that apparently now the soda station is also close before 9:00 PM because they don’t have cups. Not only was I told this while I showed my cupon on my phone the cashier said “You can’t use that cupon either “cause I don’t have cups” without even giving me any other options or at least having a better approach. I love Subway and really hope they correct this issues fast because having great food it’s not the only priority, service it’s too.
