This is a newly remodeled Subway with a larger than normal footprint. The dining room is very clean and organized.
The new series menu is also very good with many options to choose from. And you can always build your own sandwich as well. Or you can opt for no-carb bowl option – all the meats and veggies without the bread.
Parking is very easy to find.

To begin with, I went with some friends and I had a terrible treatment from the manager Barbara, I will ignore that I asked for one thing is specific and I received another and without the opportunity to give an opinion on my tastes, I ended up wasting my money because they gave me something unwanted and a treatment that I would not want to receive or wish to anyone, not even her.

Do not order mobile Take out at this location. Twice I’ve arrived and my food hasn’t been ready. This is after waiting a while before leaving to pick it up to give them a chance to make it. The app says it’s ready and I arrive ten minutes after it’s suppose to have been ready and it hasn’t even been started. Not only that, there’s usually a line of people waiting to place their order and the lady insists on attending to them before starting my mobile order. Then, when I explain that I ordered a while ago, certainly before the customers arrived, she argues that she’s the only one attending the store and then proceeds to tell the other customers that some customers don’t understand.

I ordered 1 churro. And two sub sandwiches. This order was made on the subway app.
Today subway churros was not good, it looks burnt inside, the churro was hard and felt old.
The sandwiches had a good taste but was not toasted as I requested.
Customer service was good when picking up the order.

I would’ve given this store a negative if I could. The only reason I gave it a two star is because Subway is one of my favorite sandwich spots. And I order one particular sandwich often. The negative part stems from the employee. She was not welcoming, not well mannered, and not friendly. On top
Of that, I wanted to sit in a specific area; however she had it closed off, for no reason. It wasn’t even close to closing time. They close at 11pm, I asked her questions about the store’s hourly operations and she seemed annoyed, and bothered. What are you so bothered about? Yet, there was another group of customers who from the looks of it were her friends, different demeanor and treatment. Do you special preferences? In addition, as I went to sit down on the side she “permitted” she yelled that the bathroom
was off limits. However, conveniently the women’s bathroom wasn’t. There was no out of order sign. What was wrong with the bathroom? How do you know, I didn’t have some medical issues and that access to the bathroom was crucial? I assume because she was trying to close early, she had closed it in advance only to inconvenience customers like myself along with the seating preference. The bottom line awful and bad attitude. You need to do better. Be nice!
Treat all the same. And learn some restaurant etiquette.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for 3 years consistently on Saturdays and Sundays at times. Our problem stems from the fact that every time my wife asks for the key to the ladies restroom she is told it’s out of order. We all know it doesn’t take 3 years to repair a restroom. She has attempted to use it and she runs into not the most sanitary conditions. Please fix the ladies room so that women do not have to go into the men’s restroom.
