I had an extremely disturbing experience at Subway. One of your employees was openly rude, disrespectful, and behaved in a racist manner. During the interaction, the employee used profanity toward me, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity. This experience was so upsetting that I will not be returning to this location, and it has seriously impacted my view of your brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.

The person serving food was so rude in speaking. Even for a simple question such as, do you have black olives, she snapped back rudely. We are paying Customers and not there for getting free food right? Never seen such a rude behavior from anyone, any restaurant in the USA. If she doesn’t like this job or the employer, she should get a different job and not show it on Customers. We went for dining in, but were so frustrated and carried the food to the Hotel after paying.

I was at this Subway this evening and it was a terrible experience. The woman who served me was extremely unfriendly, unmotivated, and not sympathetic at all. I’ve honestly never experienced such bad customer service before.
On top of that, the food was not fresh. You could clearly see that the ingredients were old, the bread was hard and cold, and everything looked very unappetizing.
Overall, a really bad visit. I will definitely not come back.

Recieved a very bad service by a woman working here (her name starts with a T), couldn’t get her name as she was not putting the name tag in its right position.
For sure won’t come again yo this branch.
The time I was leaving I advised her to be more helpful and kind to customers, but all I recieved was bad words (in front of my child) !

This was my worst experience at a Subway.
When we walked in, we had to wait while the employee didn’t even acknowledge us. When we ordered a salad, things only got worse. She was rude, careless while preparing the food, and didn’t listen when we asked for specific items.
Overall, she seemed uninterested and didn’t care about customers.

The Lady on the night shift on January 17 was rude and refused to help me. She spoke badly about me to her coworker when I asked her if she spoke Spanish. I had to wait for another employee.

Staff was nice , place was clean and quiet, just near lincoln road. the 9$ daily combo with chips/cookie+fountain drink is prolly one of the best priced options in south beach 🙂 ty!

The employee, an Indian gentleman (unfortunately didn’t catch his name), was incredibly polite, welcoming, and patient despite the time.
He made the best Subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time — perfectly put together, fresh, and flavorful. You could tell he actually cared about doing a good job, which really stood out.
The only downside was there was no olives, but of course, that was not his fault.
