I’m not too sure if it was because it was the last bread on the rack or what but I didn’t get my sub toasted and the bread was so hard it seemed as if it was toasted for 3-5 minutes. The amount of salt and pepper that was put on my sub made it unbearable to eat. I was so hungry that I took 2 bites but it really made me uneasy. I’m taking it back because I’d like to see someone make my sub and make sure that they make it correctly.

I arrived at the subway with a party of 4 and was advised by an employee that as I walked in an online order had also been received. I was not asked if I mind waiting. I was told I would have to wait to place the order for 5 subs because though the order had just came in, online orders take presidency over customers in store. Based on that revelation I took my order and will be taking my future business to Publix Supermarket for subs.

This place used to be good. Times have changed, and their based volume of customers has relocated from Global Response. I do not see myself eating there anymore. The quality is no longer there.

This location is by far one of the best I went to. You can tell there is new management. The store is very clean, the staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is made with care. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

I will be calling the health department because this place is nasty and the food is disgusting and the customer service is awful. This location changes owner almost every year and the food is getting older and older and the people is getting worse. This place should be closed down ASAP.

$18 almost $19 dollars for two foot longs. The girl who made the sandwiches was awesome but they put very little meat and veggies. If I’m paying that much you better not be stingy with the meat and veggies!

I like that place, the owner is very nice, but my 2 last visit were unreal. First experience my order online was not ready, the afternoon hostess (order place online to be ready at 4:30 pm), stated she never received confirmation but finally print out a ticket with my order. After prepared my order without any excuses or smile she went back , when i try to order cookies i get a long face.
The next day ard the same time I placed 2 orders 1was a fountain drink one was with a bottle, what a drama and attitude i get when i grape 2 bottles. I went an big argue over extra 50cts. i show her my online order stated bottle and no fountain.
In conclusion, I feel sorry for the nice owner of that place, people need more greetings manners and tks for shopping…

Despite being directly across the street from my work, I won’t waste my money here. Happy to skimp on the meat, this place feels generally unclean and the ingredients just don’t make for a good sub. Very subpar and an embarrassment to the chain.

Had no choice but to stop here and order a meal here but did not regret it. The one individual who was serving was very polite and curtious…. I personally had to thank him for being patient with the roudy customers who were too impatient during this time (hurricane Irma).
