Im here at the store and they only have 1 person working ugh. You have 6 people waiting plus 1 for pick up. So sad but the employee is so professional and efficient and us as customers thank God we have patience. Chantel from another store doing excellent and the employee who’s store it is just up and left. Chantel is working hard and didn’t want to close this store and go to her store on 79th st and 7th Ave. This employee Chantel deserves an award, gift certificate, employee of the month as well, she still served us with a smile .

I order my food online I went to the store pick up they say there wasn’t no more lettuce and onions I wasn’t mad about that, The person who was working to make the sandwiches make mistake on it and not having enough ingredients. My order was mess up they switch my sandwich with one order when I told them they say “switch the bread”. The lady was struggle this man who was here he could help out but instead he was making unnecessary comments.The food was just nasty is like didn’t try and bread I got was not it. The customer service I did not feel welcome and it was horrible.

The worst sandwiches I have ever gotten at a subway. I got a meatball foot long and she gave me 4 meatballs for a foot long no sauce I had to ask her to put a little more and I only noticed this once I took a bite it was 60% bread do not come hear also the meatballs also taste like if they were old

I placed a Subway app order and requested extra toasted it was at all toasted … I paid for 50% more meat … didn’t get it … I requested more jalapeño and banana peppers the foot long barely had those so make sure you check your online or app order before you leave the location revise they just trying to save money and even worse I tried to call them and the number was disconnected

The worst costumer service hands down. They’re so lucky that the only employee refuse to wear a name tag….. so she could be exposed… my question is if you don’t like your job or if you hate dealing with people don’t do the job quit or find something else. I’m that person that won’t argue I just sit and watch… I don’t usually rate 5 stars or one, but when I do it’s well deserved……. this employee touch that nerve…. here you go!!!! Well earned. All I ask was for a sub at 9:00pm and she went nuts telling me if I can’t see the time,she was out of it…… mind you the store was open…. well she got my attention I will rate this place until she gets educated in costumer services

If I can give them no stars I would.. they are very rude. If you’re not Hispanic they talk to you like trash. They lady was making my sandwich like she was feeding a animal not to mention the manager was there and didn’t tell her employee to stop being rude and disrespectful. She also told me not to come back to the store like she owns it called me out my name and everything. I asked her did they have attitudes and she said no it because I was talking about the way they made my sandwich something that I’m paying for.
