If I can give them no stars I would.. they are very rude. If you’re not Hispanic they talk to you like trash. They lady was making my sandwich like she was feeding a animal not to mention the manager was there and didn’t tell her employee to stop being rude and disrespectful. She also told me not to come back to the store like she owns it called me out my name and everything. I asked her did they have attitudes and she said no it because I was talking about the way they made my sandwich something that I’m paying for.

The worst costumer service hands down. They’re so lucky that the only employee refuse to wear a name tag….. so she could be exposed… my question is if you don’t like your job or if you hate dealing with people don’t do the job quit or find something else. I’m that person that won’t argue I just sit and watch… I don’t usually rate 5 stars or one, but when I do it’s well deserved……. this employee touch that nerve…. here you go!!!! Well earned. All I ask was for a sub at 9:00pm and she went nuts telling me if I can’t see the time,she was out of it…… mind you the store was open…. well she got my attention I will rate this place until she gets educated in costumer services

My order was prepped incorrectly, ordered new turkey sandwich with avocado, no avocado. Called #Subway to o complain, still waiting for local management team to call me. My next visit I was confronted that they did not like that I complained to corporate…. The local store in Opa Locka Florida prefers to confront customers instead of calling to make things right.

I give one star, not because of the food nor the service of the girl that was serving me, she was nice and treated me with kindness. I give 0 star to the the spanish woman with a CaCa attitude that was there. i assume is probably the owner by the way she explained that the place was franchised.. this woman has a Nasty attitude toward costumers and she’s rude to her workers. Everytime i walk in to this place and listen to her nasty attitude and broken english, it takes away my appetite

I have never experienced anything like this. There was only ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME! I walked into subway at 4:00 PM and didn’t walk out until 4:42! The lady even asked me to hold on while she used the bathroom. I’m so irritated. If you cannot move fast enough to get 2 people out the restaurant in less than 42 minutes YOU SHOULDN’T BE WORKING THERE!

Made a delivery order. Gave specific and detailed instructions on how to find me. Order was “delivered” but not to me apparently. I never got a call or anything. I tried calling the restaurant to get a refund, the number is disconnected.

I use to love coming here but this the third time with the same staff and once again very rude if your not Spanish this time the lady walked away in the middle of making my sandwich and made a comment I wished not to say in Spanish what she didn’t know is I’m Afro Latino and I think this will be my last time coming in the morning
