Convenient location. Clean restrooms. Busy location – which means food is turned over quickly. Two tables, eight people in total. I loved the convenience store tie up as I was able to drink my can of Monster Zero with my sandwich. Coke machine dispenses more flavors of soda than I will ever taste. Quick professional service – faster than we are used to back home.
Best of all – lunch was a quick 20 minutes, making more space in our schedule for the actual sightseeing.

Service associates were unfriendly. We ordered 4 sandwiches, and they refused to make a 6″ in to a salad as clearly printed on the display board. When asked, the lady behind the counter said that except for the veggie delite, that I wanted they can make any other sandwiche to a salad. On the sandwich they refused to roast the veggies (onions and pepper). They lacked any desire to serve and displayed zero initiative.

During my key west trip in March, I had a memorable experience in this branch. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the two female staff members. Being in my first trimester, I found it challenging to locate a vegetarian option late at night, with Subway being the only choice. Upon entering their establishment, I learned that they were closing. However, they understood my predicament and graciously prepared a sandwich for me despite the hour. My gratitude towards these compassionate ladies is boundless. May they be blessed forever.

My Subway experience was amazing from start to finish. Since I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile by the friendly and helpful staff. I was guided through the menu by a knowledgeable barista who answered all my questions with detail and patience.
What impressed me the most was the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I was able to customize my sandwich with a variety of fresh vegetables and high-quality meats, and everything was perfectly prepared and served on their delicious, freshly baked bread.
The Subway dining experience was great, cleanliness and atmosphere were nice and welcoming. I even noticed that the cleaning staff was continually working to keep everything spotless.

Ordered online for a sandwich and a wrap at 4:45 pm to be picked up at 6 pm. Received emails the sandwiches were being made and will be ready at 6. Arrived at 6 only to be told they don’t have any wraps and they hadn’t even made the other sandwich either. Said they couldn’t cancel the wrap since it was done online, only I could do it. Was forced to make it on white bread and had to wait for both sandwiches to be made. Very rude and unprofessional personnel. Will not go back, will Go to Publix, Winn Dixie, or anywhere else but here.
