These people are absolutely the worst. I thought the reviews weren’t that honest but I have to see it for myself. The prices are super expensive for the subways compare to other subways, and on top of that they they charge you extra and they don’t even give you something I did not order of a fountain drink and they charge me for it but because the subway was $12 that’s how they do instead of doing a custom-made job for it on top of that they don’t put that much items on the sandwich very lackluster very quick they don’t even look you in the eye very fast. Just trying to get rid of you for a very over expensive undertaste sandwich.bad place to eat. But good thing there are two more subways. I can go on to on Krome Avenue.

Ever since Subway has been bought their food is crap. Our bread was stale and it look like my meat was old or burnt. They have now their food cover up so you can’t see. I get why. I don’t eat out much but I won’t be eating here at Subway again. It’s crap.

This subway needs a better manager and more professionalism in to assist her employees, i was there Saturday june 5 trying to eat on my 30 minutes break and the manager refused to help to move the line faster… when maria call her to get help on the line she ignore her call for help… this has never happen in this store… customer always need to be first…

First the toaster was broken, then was greeted with difficulty when I asked for extra onions, I was told she was not allowed to give extra onions. I asked why not sand I was shown sign from management to employees stating no extra sides. I was more than willing to pay extra. So basically it was a cold sandwich not made the way I liked it. So my question is we’re those few slices of onion worth my business? Guess the weren’t. I won’t be back

I am a vaccinated person and was just rejected service at the location in Homestead FL, store # 897. The gentleman’s name was Ray. He REFUSED to provide service. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will be extending my review onto the better business bureau as well as EVERY social media platform.
