Ordering two sandwiches took 20 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. The employee working on 12/27 around 10 a.m. was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction.
When asked to cut the outer paper wrap in half so the sandwiches could be shared by children, she refused. I also requested one extra piece of Subway paper to use as a makeshift placemat for a child, and that was also refused.
This was not a staffing or rush issue—this was an attitude and service issue. For management: please review the conduct of the employee on duty at that time. Basic courtesy and reasonable customer requests should not be a problem.

Very empty in the afternoon which is fun. Food is very good and the subs are amazing when you toast them. The employees are attentive and make sure the subs are to your exact specifications down to the amount to pickles you get. 10/10

The Ladies inside are very unprofessional and has an attitude everytime I come. They even extended their courtesy to say the cups that I purchased for drinks was not allowed refills the moment I step out of the store. Even if it’s for a smoke break. But I’ve saw Hispanic homeless people come inside get better treatment than me. Something needs to be done about this dirty restaurant in my community that hires unprofessional people.

To begin with, the outside of the store is clean, modern, and enticing.The interior dining area is very clean, however it is to cold for my likening ; it felt like it was 65° inside.While placing my order with tge gentlemen with the cross earing, it appears he didn’t know English, didn’t understand what i was saying, or just didn’t care about my order he seem to be bothered by me ordering . I never waorked for Subway but just i generam of i order 3 footlongs they all can not go in the covential microwave for the same time frame whice I think was 30 seconds for all the subs. The subs where not hot at all.As i payed for all my items and recieved my drink cups, I proceeded to get tops for the cups and their where none. I took my son to the restroom and it was not the cleanest but clean enough ( two workers where their and 4 customers) the saop dispenser was broken some I am guessing the worker brought soap with him to the restroom. FYI i will not return their and I will not recommend this subway.

Love the New Upgrade look and more organized and better service. Very nice young matter gentleman that attended me with politeness manners. Not like before old staff there they were over stress always. Now see a big good difference. City of Homestead on Krome Ave highly suggest. Keep up the good vibes

we come here for dinner sometimes. service has been ok despite just being ONE poor soul running the store. never had a sandwich problem.

I fell in love at this subway. TI was coming with my friends one day to get a 7-eleven slushie because it was really cheap and we had no money, and the first time I set eyes on her it was flowers and wedding bells. We ordered cookies, but were missing a dollar, and with the kindness and generosity of this angel, she took money out of her own tip jar and gave it to us so we could get cookies. From that time on, I showed up every day, bought cookies, and talked to her. Her name was Maddie, and she was a high school student. I got to know about her every day, after graduating she was going to major in Child Psychology, which is pretty cool. I once asked her to put love into my cookies, and she said she did.
I had fallen head over heels. But now I never see her. Maybe she moved, maybe she got a new job. I will never forget you Maddy, you were my first teenage crush.

Service was not good. When I got there I was the only one, then a guy came in and the employee stopped my sandwich to start the other guy’s. Even when the patron told him to finish with me, he didn’t and I had to wait to pay until he finished the other person’s sub. The sandwich was not very good either. The edges of the lettuce were turning brown. Think I’ll stick to Publix for sub sandwiches from now on. Sad as Subway used to be really good.

Glass in front of store has been broken and shattered for a few months now. They are in no hurry to fix it. The daytime weekday lady is real good but spends alot of time training the younger workers. Not very crowded for a Subway.
