Ordered online and brought my sub home and took a bite only to find it had no cheese, sauce, or bacon (apparently they only put bacon on half of the sub). Went back and the lady gave me attitude saying they don’t have provolone as if it were my fault for ordering it. Common sense would be to inform the customer before giving it to them. Long story short the service is bad.

These people are thieves. I ordered on the SUBWAY® app. They didn’t have what I ordered. They didn’t even return my money or say hey you can come back another day. I tried to use a coupon for a footlong meal that would only cost 10 dollars. I tried to get my usually spicy Italian sandwich with it but I was only told ham turkey for the coupon when I used for my main sandwich everywhere else just fine. The lady was rude and I heard a child talking in the back as well while eating, she shouldnt being her child to work that’s illegal. Worst subway ever.

Today noon time I stopped by and ordered lunch from this location. No one responded when I said (good afternoon noon). The lady who prepared my sandwich was not happy when I asked her to get new gloves befor she starts preparing my sandwich.

Very disappointed in the service young kid’s do not understand the importance of handling customers. They were on the phone the girl dropped the knife she was using to cut the bread then the other girl dropped the phone. Nobody is cleaning anything they dropped just kept making the sandwiches they were preparing. The line had between 4 to 5 people waiting they were still carrying on. Sorry to say I buy here all the time but I think it’s time to fine a new place thank Subway for hiring children. Good luck.
