very bad services and very law quality with the sandwiches, I have order the same in other location, and it had been with enough meat and very high quality, but at this location are very bad, they don’t have the adequate measure to serve at each sandwiches. the guy put only what he considered adequate and didn’t make for the correct weight. $17

The Reason for me giving this Review is because I have never experienced anything like this at any other Subway. I usually order through apps. But on this particular location. I have to Remind them to put napkins or to put my sandwich in a secure bag if is raining. If I don’t call ahead I never get it. So on this particular day I called August this year I am always courteous. I asked For napkins but I sensed the young man didn’t like it. Needless to say. My order arrived with no napkins . so much salt and pepper that it wasn’t edible. I ask for the manager later on and was told he was on permanent leave. I call corporate 4 times and so far it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. My advice is don’t ask for extra things even if you’re entitled to. I also believe in being a good customer. But there are bad employees out there as well. My sandwich look ravaged it was salty and nothing extra which I pay for And no one cares !! !!

It’s a Subway… if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Part of the typical corporate capitalistic standardization that we’ve all grown accustomed to (I personally enjoy the New York City subway train aestehtic, but doesn’t mean it’s not bland). As someone who grew up loving Subway, this location delivered on the deliciousness of the white chocolate macademia nut cookies! The server and sandwich artist did their jobs kindly – all the workers deserve a raise! Loses stars for overall blandness and small size that makes it feel cramped, but it is great to have outdoor dining!

This place is awful, I never write reviews but it’s insane how this store keep operating when all aspects of it are horrible. They’re stealing people’s money. Everytime I order from this place they decide not to add the things I payed for. But instead add less. Even tho I’m paying almost 10$ for “an adds on” that I never receive. Even after I expressly told them to do so in the order receipt, they just keep ignoring it time after time. Do not order from this place. Save your money from these scammers and go eat somewhere else.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in to purchase a sandwich. The “Store Manager,” Shanice or whatever her name was super rude!
She started yelling that I needed to have a mask on. So I asked her does she has one that she can provide, I was willing to purchase one. Nevertheless she stated that the owner wants her to enforce this one. Which is completely understandable.
But it’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. I asked her why don’t they provide masks, she stated that the owner does not want to purchase them. The entire time she spent yelling and being completely irate, I could have easily purchased my sub and been on my way. The owner clearly does not have good judgment in who she allows to run her place of business.
Great customer service goes a very long way. This young lady needs to be trained on how she addresses her customers.

I ordered a sub from this place and it only had 4 of the 12 things I requested and wasn’t even told during pick up. Horrible location

0 Stars!!!!! Just got a veggie sub from Subway. The bread is toasted so hard it’s crumbling into dust. The sauce is applied so heavily it’s making the sandwich. Impossible to eat. I paid over seven dollars for the sandwich and I have to throw it in the garbage if I could give it zero stars I would.Thanks a lot ! On lunch break waited a long time for this in store and it’s raining out of time for my break Very Poor service inedible sandwich waste of money
