This is the worst subway restaurant, I’ve been waiting almost a month for the manager to return my call every time I go there I’m told that the manager is not available they messed up on 2 footlong sandwichs and been fighting like I said to get them remade I’ve contacted corporate and I am about ready to call the better business bureau this is unacceptable

Been frequenting this Subway restaurant for the last week since my mother has been admitted at Palmetto Hospital ICU. This restaurant has been amazing as far as cleanliness, food and service. Maya has been incredible, always smiling and pleasant, making great sandwiches.

Saturday hours are 11am to 6pm and we went at 5:33pm to get a soup for a little girl. I guess the lady wanted to clean on the clock because she lied to us about it closing at 5:30. She told us to look at every sign inside and outside the store but they all said 6:00pm so she lied and said there was a mistake in every sign. Horrible service and she needs a new place to work at if she’s that impatient. Bad experience for a $3 order that would have taken 2 minutes.

The skinny Indian girl refuse to take coupons, just because she doesn’t want to do the work of typing it in. Apparently she makes executive changes of a corporation program. This is the second time she acts all rude and deny to honor the coupons. We are at a hospital, we are going through hard times and now we have to deal with this rude lady?
If you can provide a good service, close the franchise and get someone willing to provide good service.
If you get the chance visit the cafeteria of the hospital or drive around town, the subway in the hospital is a pain in the rear.

Amazing place the staff is by far the best I’ve seen in Miami, Hialeah and Miami Beach. Everything is always fresh with all the options available. I have found a new place for my daily lunch finally!!!!!!

she refused to serve me at 8:25.
I leave and come back to see her serve two doctors at 8:30 exactly!!
I ask her to serve me and she still refused.
