I am going to stop eating at this restaurant let’s start by saying that the employees are always wearing jewelry that hangs and is all over the food they preparing,the other day the guy or whatever he was is was complaining cursing and preparing my food and had these long nails that were coming out through the gloves and coughing all over the place I honestly brought the food home and thought I could eat it but was just disgusted and threw it out also the lettuce was old. I think the people they hiring are not being researched very well and get who ever come in. I have eaten there for awhile now and have honestly noticed that the quality of employees has really gone down, and he mite need to get paid better so they take more pride of their jobs I don’t but definitely a change is needed till that happen I’m going the the other store

I ordered my sandwiches on the app hoping to save time. When I arrived to pick up my subs, the young man told me that he was the only employee on duty and he was obviously very busy. He apologized and gave me a free drink cup. He prepared my order as quickly as he could. The subs were great. Outstanding work by that young man in a very difficult situation.

Amazing. The lady take her time to prepare the meals and sandwiches but she is so kind and helpful. I felt bad for her because she is working alone and there was a lot of clients . I hope her management team is taking care of her because she is going an amazing job. Thank you subway.

The place is very clean & the woman who was working was very pleasant & gave an excellent service. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5 is because they’re covering some of the ingredients with a new metal that acts as a “food shield” i believe. I’m sure they’re doing it for a good reason but it is very inconvenient especially for new-comers or people that aren’t regulars. For whatever reasons there might be, i’m sure Subway can come up with a better idea that is more comfortable & convenient for the customers. It’s just a bit annoying right now.

I ordered from here all the time and they did not deliver my sandwiches today. They left it in the parking lot next to my rental office. They didn’t even call me to my intercom. I went to the parking lot where I saw the picture and my sandwiches were not there and the rental office lady said they didn’t even bring it in. I didn’t even know they came here and her window faced the parking lot where they supposedly left my sandwich disgusted and the phone number. Don’t even work to this place. I just filed a report with subways.

This location has lost value over the years. The employees have no motivation to work, the younger employees are constantly taking personal calls while on the clock and not assisting the other people on the floor. Corporate needs to step in and retrain everyone including the manager on staff.

I used to eat a lot in Subway, but I had 2 bad experiences:
First, doing a pick up order by the App. My surprise is that when I arrived, they gave my order to someone else for mistake and couldn’t do anything about it. So: lost money.
Second, doing a delivery order, and guest what: lost money again. My order never arrived. The app has no Customer Service option, I called 5 times to this restaurant, and no answer.
I’m really sorry because I used to love eating Subway, but lost my money 2 times with no answer from them make me think it twice about why order from here if there are many options out there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not go hear. Came there around 11pm after work. We all work hard and I went there after a 12 hour shift hungry and exhausted. I was the only one in line and was waiting for 10 min for someone to help. One guy was stocking stuff looked at me I said hi. They just looked at me and went to stock. A lady then came out didn’t look to happy cause of online orders she was getting even though they close at 2am. She looked at me and started doing the online order so I waited while she then added my order to the bunch. Gets worst she ended up giving me the wrong order cause she mixed up the subs cause she was doing to much. I just wanted to get out of there quickly and enjoy my steak and cheese sandwich but ended up with someone else’s sub and paying more for a steak sandwich which I never got.
