People that work there really nice. But I told them I wanted a sub and they basically didn’t know how to make it. I had to tell them every little thing I wanted on it and then when I wanted additional veggies, they didn’t do it.

The Russian or Jewish old lady at the register refused to give me a cup of water for my daughter to drink her medicine. ( Who does that?!)
Her excuse was that she didn’t have enough cups and they were only for Customers!
The old management was nice and humble! I will never return here or recommend it, the other Subway in west Hallandale has nicer employees and better customer service.

I went to do my shopping at Walmart and pass by to get my subway on my way out and I had a pleasure to have Carmen and Jorge assist with my order. They were super nice and on top of what we wanted. They deserve to be recognized for their work and great customer service.

I stopped to get a sandwich today and there were 2 new guys . One wearing glasses and another very young person. (I assume new) who were serving two Hispanic young ladies.They were laughing and being very friendly with them.It was my turn to order and they stopped and stared at me as if I was a zombie.I was treated very rudely and was rushed out.HEY were clearly showing racism to me and another woman.So disgusting I will never come here again.I’ve never been treated this way at this location until now.

I have celiac disease and came because they have a lot of options here, however when I asked about gluten free bread no one could tell me which it was. I don’t expect people to know or care about why I can have gluten. I got a salad with grilled chicken and I asked them to change their gloves they did not and made it clear they didn’t care about the work. They only put lettuce and the chicken was very cold. It tasted bad and so was their attitude towards me.

Tiffany the employee yelled at the couple in front of me… “I speak English, I’m in America!” because she was frustrated over their broken English. She then refused to help so a younger employee stepped in. Tiffany then turned around and said “Do I look Spanish?” NOT ONE EMPLOYEE DID ANYTHING! And I know she was heard. Now I’m visiting from New Mexico. Tiffany, are you kidding me? Managers, are you kidding me? Disgusting.

This is a very unclean place. Dirty tables and nobody cares about it napkins and papers on the floor .People that serves there are also unclean. Dirty nails. Will not go back again and dont recommend eating there. Prefer to buy a sandwich in Walmart
