Was here around 1230 Sunday. Woman working were complaining about the tourist that came in…they messed up both subs I ordered. They werent heated ,used wrong bread(didnt toast) and messed up toppings. Will never visit this Cocoa lication. VERY disappointed and disgusted!!!

Subway Cocoa Beach: The place gets very crowded at times and there was only one person attending. Because of the rush, my sandwich was served completely cold. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing. Food quality definitely need improvement.

2 sandwichs for 30 dollars is crazy especially when you don’t have any ingredients at all. The girl at the counter was very sweet though. But other than her this is the worst subway I’ve been to in 30 years.

This place is horrible. Store owner is rude and has stopped responding to my emails. She brings a dog with her to work and thinks it’s okay to bring the dog in the back of the store where food is stored or prepared. Manager/owner Jacqueline Turco has no concerns for customer health or wellbeing while providing food to thousands of people a month. Avoid this place as you will probably get dog hair in your food.

This is the first subway that we have visited which has been severely under stocked with drinks and chips. There were no bottles sodas in the cooler, half the chips were gone and 4 out of 8 fountain drinks were out of order. There is also a white liquid running down the front of the fountain drink stand, which was captured in a clear plastic tub sitting on the floor. Either the owner or manager doesn’t care or the store is closing and not restocking for the public.

It is really sad to see how a single employee can ruin not only a lunch experience but taint a positive day with her attitude.
Just last week I had a great salad happily made by a super nice employee.
This time I was tended by someone who was probably not having a good day and was surely looking to make others as miserable as she was. She was initially annoyed because I asked her to add the tuna to the salad before chopping it, then I had to ask her to add more tuna to the salad since the portion she added was almost invisible. I told her I would pay extra if needed which she happily took as granted by charging extra for a third half spoon of tuna… I was inches from walking away and save my lunch hour sanity but I waited to the end, tipped her, had to beg for a bag for my salad and wished her a good day.
Not returning soon…

Everything that we ordered they were out of. How can you be out of meatballs for the meatball marinara sandwich of the day? They were also out of the $5 footlong nachos that they have advertised everywhere. There was no ice for the ice machine as it was being repaired.
