My husband and I came in last Tuesday night, around 8:30 or so to get 2 sandwiches. Roberta, the employee, was incredibly rude to us the entire time. She did not greet us when we came in and when we were placing our orders she was uninterested and acted extremely bothered by the fact that we had came in. It got to the point where we didn’t even order the second one because she was acting as if it was irritating for her to put the first one together. We will not be returning. I’m not sure if the other employees are like this, but she was terrible.

Is reading not a required skill to work anymore? Bro couldn’t get either of our sandwiches right, not to mention the two basic requests in the special instructions (light sauce & labeling the sandwiches to tell them apart with me saying “please” TWICE) just for us to come back and ask for them to be remade to find out they magically used the REST of their meatballs for the day on our wrong order… can’t make this shit up. Literally do better.

I ordered number 1 Philly with extra tomatoes, olive, green peppers and onion rings all are in italian bread. I got Lay’s chips and Coke Zero for lunch. I like Teriyaki Chicken as I can suggest your next visit but first, Philly was so good.

went in at 5:32pm on 2/4/26 and the person behind the counter said he cannot take my order due to him not being on the clock and the next person will come in at 6pm if i still wanted to order, but was still taking online orders and when asked about mines he said to place my order after 6pm.
