We ordered our food and immediately got kicked out of the restaurant because “lobby hours were closed”, but no lobby hours are posted anywhere. It was 8:50pm, so they didn’t close for another hour (10:00pm). We just needed 15-20 minutes to sit down and eat a quick meal, but we were told to leave before we initially tried to sit down. Also, the back entrance was blocked; the entrance facing the parking lot; which is inconvenient and a safety hazard. Considering the poor food quality, the restaurant cannot afford to treat their customers poorly.

The workers at this location need to go back to training. They can’t make a sandwich to save their lives. You would have thought you were in a taco shop the way they pile the toppings on the sandwich. The sandwich is supposed to lay flat not on the side like a taco where all the toppings fall out! If they don’t want to put in more effort into making sandwiches then they need to go! I’m tired of the way they slop the sandwiches with no care whatsoever! Totally unprofessional! Do better!

Had the worst experience recently.
Was almost double charged for the order and once I realize it after I paid. No one could fix it saying system issue we can do nothing with that even the management can do nothing. Weird. How this can be especially in a small downtown area where all people know each other?

Usually in the morning they are great the lady who opens always does amazing, just got done leaving and the guy there was rude, made the sandwiches terribly. Then when you say something he got an attitude. Couldn’t get the gentlemen’s name but customer service training needs to be had!

Went in to eat for a celebration (6 people). Placed the order online. The guy was making our family’s food and said we close the dining room at 7:00. Thinking I must’ve misheard him, when he finished our food, I asked if he had said that the dining room was closed. And he confirmed that yes— the dining room closes at 7:00 every night. Nothing nice to say.

Food was good as normal. But the guy kept refusing to do one sandwich at a time. Kept saying but i can do two sandwiches together. Yeah i think i can understand that but. Then he reaches down on on the floor and grabs a bucket puts it in the sink and does not wash his hands or change his gloves.
A past experience at this one employees were sitting on the counter.
This location needs to run its night employees better.

We order using the app. We always put in the notes to put all sauce/dressing on the side. Came in to pick it up, sauce/dressing was on the food. I asked them to re-do the order and got a lot of attitude along with my order. Slamming, muttering and anger. Not a good experience. Won’t go there again.

Staff are very nice and the store is always very clean. Food is pretty decent for being a large chain, but I’m somewhat easy to please. I appreciate that the nutrition facts for the food are available on the website.

The manager was a total Jerk I mentioned the Churro I purchased the day before was hard he said I had to eat it within 10 mins or that’s going to happen Rudely also asked him to cut my tomatoes he said no he can’t.
