Terrible experience. Since I arrived, the attention was horrible. Not only did they not let me customize the bread, when that is the main thing about Subway, but the employee was also rude and disrespectful and told me in English something like “crazy” and “fraud.” I felt humiliated and mistreated. This is totally unacceptable. I’m not going back and I don’t recommend this place at all.

I ordered THE MONSTER! I got a weak wimp! Sandwich was so dry & disappointing! I won’t ever get this sandwich again, I was left not afraid & lost with this beast, my only fear was choking to death from the dryness! Service was great & everyone was friendly enough! I am happy to see this local is still open. It’s a different building, but I came to this location as a teen, I haven’t been to this location in over 20+yrs!

Looks like today jazzy didn’t want to deal with customers. As I entered with more customers entering behind me. I noticed her washing dishes and her noticing a line but still proceeded to wash leave the other lady alone. The young lady making them, did alone 4 customers. Proceeded to tell jazzy to cash us out and again jazzy looked at the line and went back to washing dishes. I had to scream for her to cash out us out. Jazzy proceeded in the back with the customers waiting to get cashed out. The young lady making the sandwiches stopped to cash out the customers waiting.

Went in this morning to get a sub and was not greeted. I said good morning. He never answered me. He was making two subs at the time and not one time did he said hey I’ll be right with you or anything.I literally stood there for like five minutes and then I walked out!
