I had to take a picture of these two! Their energy is sooo nice nasty & rude. However disguised as “ have a nice day” but it’s their faces that you can tell they don’t wanna be there & do their job.
I wanted the 6.99 combo and I asked for it. I ordered the beast. He didn’t tell me it wasn’t apart of the deal. He just kept making it .
So when I go to the resigter that weird girl rings it up it’s $11 + and I’m looking confused like isn’t that the deal, drink and chips included. He goes oh that’s not apart of it! WHAT THE HELL? Bruh I wanted to cuss them out so bad. However I didn’t want to cause a scene. I paid & said okay! I’ll take a picture , leave a review & just won’t come back & stick to what I know. The sandwich was good but my god fix your workers or find another job.

As someone who used to work at Subway and knows what old bread tastes like, I was extremely disappointed with my recent online order from this Subway location on Edgewater. The whole experience was a complete mess, and the quality of the food was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the bread they used for my sandwich was clearly old and stale. As soon as I took a bite, I could tell that it lacked the freshness and softness that a good Subway sandwich should have. It was dry and had an unpleasant texture, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.
Furthermore, the sandwich itself was a disaster. The ingredients were haphazardly thrown together, resulting in a sloppy and unappetizing presentation. It seemed like no effort was made to ensure that the sandwich was assembled neatly or with any attention to detail. It was a far cry from the carefully crafted and visually appealing sandwiches I remember making during my time working at Subway.
To make matters worse, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I expected. I didn’t have much to eat, and for the price I paid, it felt like a complete rip-off. When you order a Subway sandwich, you anticipate a satisfying meal, but my experience left me feeling unsatisfied and cheated.
Considering my background in working at Subway, I understand the importance of using fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards in food preparation. Unfortunately, my recent order fell short of those expectations. The quality control and attention to detail were severely lacking, leading to a subpar dining experience.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management and staff at this particular Subway location. It’s crucial for them to address these issues, improve their food quality, and ensure that every customer receives a satisfactory experience. As for me, I won’t be returning to this store anytime soon unless significant improvements are made.

Love this larger, remodeled Subway shop. Its super clean and the employees are friendly & efficient. My Black Forest Ham sub was delicious, the cheese bread was soft & fresh, and the toppings I asked for (pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, spinach leaves, tomato, black olives) were perfect. Also, lots of parking, easy to access. I look forward to coming back here again.

Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and more focused on their phones than customers. They didn’t listen to my order, gave me a cold sub, and had a terrible attitude throughout. Definitely not coming back to this location.
