I placed a mobile order and had my partner pick it up in store. The lady at the counter wouldn’t give my partner the food without “confirmation in the app” even after giving the correct name on the order AND providing a screenshot of the confirmation the lady still would not give my partner the food. Once the manager realized it was a personal pick up they relented and gave my partner the food. If this is a new store policy it needs to be better communicated in the app and better customer service needs to be provided.

walked in randomly cause I was hungry after shopping at Aldi. Store was clean and the lady putting up Christmas decorations was super friendly. Another lady behind the counter took my order and was patient because I was super hungry had brain fog and had not ordered in a subway in a really long time. Sandwich was fresh, tasty and it was a good experience over all.

Food is always good ( even when they are not generous with veggies for the sandwich ), place is super clean, organized and quiet ( just perfect ). There is a blonde male that usually prepares your order, not rude but more like bored and no the best when it comes to customer service, he should be in the back.

This location does not accept walk ins!!!!!!Online orders only!!!!! No restrooms!!!!First time being at this location and never again stepping foot in here again. If you have any dignity for yourself I urge you not to come to this location. Came here on 10/2/2025 11:30am. Gentleman working there had no human decency, should not be working anywhere where there’s customer contact. I walk in and stand waiting to order, I’m the only one in the place at this point. The gentleman does not acknowledge me at all, not even a “I’ll be with you in a second”. He continues to flat out ignore as he is putting bread and the oven and then comes back to the counter and process to make online order sandwiches. Still does not acknowledge me. So I take this time to go use the restrooms, which have a big ghetto paper that says “ restroom are for customers only”, restrooms remained locked. I then return to the counter, I stand there again. No acknowledgment still, gentleman continues to make online order sandwiches. At this point I just leave.

Yes, this is a Subway. The food will taste like Subway, and it will also be priced like Subway — So you can’t expect perfect quality of ingredients or whatnot,
But you can expect this to be THE Subway – Exactly like it’s advertised. It is a model store, after all.
Out of all Subway locations I have visited, the food here is stellar in comparison. This is the first Subway I have visited that makes such a strong effort for their food to be consistent and exactly what you expect – EVERY time. Every other subway I’ve been to has been hit or miss, as if each visit is a completely random chance for something good or mediocre. This is the opposite.
This location is also the most clean, open, and organized Subway I have ever been in. Everything has its place and there is plenty more than enough room for people to get around. Being a model store, it is also evident that this Subway location is very up-to-date not only from a design perspective, but also with updated fountain drink dispensers and other equipment.
Speaking of having plenty of room – This Subway actually needs it. Normally Subways feel forgotten. There’s usually only one person behind the counter and I hardly ever see more than two customers in other locations at one time. But this Subway was actually busy, and for good reason; This location is worth it.
And then the service. For one, there are actual staff here. This is the first Subway I have ever seen with not just two, but three workers behind the counter actively assembling subs. And by actively, I mean VERY actively. I actually found myself fumbling words trying to figure out what to put on my custom sub because I’m so used to there being only one person behind the counter taking their time, thus giving me time to wait around and think about options. But with the staff here? One second it’s out of the toaster, the next second it’s back behind the counter and they’re asking what else I want on the sub. For a Subway? Unheard of. Not to mention, of course, all members were very friendly the entire way and made great efforts to serve us and confirm what we wanted while still being quick, even with premade orders just in case – And even then, by only a minute I had my sandwich completely finished, assembled from scratch. That’s the fastest service I’ve ever had from a Subway!
Seriously, check this place out. Subway does NOT get better than this!

Someone in this area hacked into my subway account and placed an order going to 1599 Semoran north cr, in winter park.
To say I’m pissed is an understatement. By no means is this the subways fault but I dont appreciate doordash blowing my phone up for an order I didnt place. I currently live in Texas not flordia.

Went in and asked to use the bathroom. Was told it’s only for paying customers. I left and tried other places. Came back and bought chips so I can use the bathroom. Was told the bathroom is only for DINE IN customers only. It would have been nice to know before I paid 1.50$ on a bag of chips. I ended up having a feminine emergency because of this dumb rule and lack of actual communication
