Shout out to Michael for his professionalism, guidance and overall welcoming demeanor. We were rushing to get the train nearby, and he was helpful and efficient. Pricing is very high, but worth it for proximity to the Amtrak station. Subway: give this man a raise!

I’ve never been much of a Subway fan, but I’ve been training a new employee in Sanford this past month and a coworker suggested this location. I’m glad they did—it’s clean, the ingredients are always fresh, and Saralyn is truly a standout. She makes the best wraps I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Whether I order online or in person, I always make sure she’s working because I know my order will be done exactly right. She’s a real asset to this location. P.S. great veggie burger!

I ordered four 6″ sandwiches and two 12″ sandwiches. DoorDash texted me to say only one employee was working but they were hurrying. I received five 6″ sandwiches instead of what I ordered. None of them were right, some were burned, and they looked disgusting. Very disappointed.

The young gentleman working tonight at 930 pm was so welcoming. You could really tell he takes pride in his work, the store itself was spotless too! I will be coming back to this location simply due to his kindness and cheerful spirit.

07/24/2025 I came to this location around 9pm to pick an Uber eats order up. The guy working Michael is a kind soul!! Went out his way to find out if I can purchase the happy Gilmore cups without the meal. Extremely friendly, I live right next to a subway, but will now return to this location because the warm welcome and amazing service!! Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!!

ordered 2 sandwiches online and both were made incorrectly. When asked to remake and even suggested we drive back and have him remake it he said no and just voided. Tall white guy, this is the reason why i always avoid this location but today due to it being on the way i stopped. Never again

I came on here just to let the management know that they have a diamond in their establishment. My son and I came in tonight to purchase food for the family and the gentleman working there, whose name is Michael, gave us beyond stellar service! He was kind, he was thoughtful, he was efficient, and his energy was bright. He’s the type of person that you would want to be friends with outside of there. I love good people and I will be visiting more often from here just because he’s there. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everytime I go this subway my bread is so hard. I even ask them if it fresh and not hard and they tell me yes. I get it home and its hard as a rock. This is getting ridiculous, I could see if happens every now and then but every single time. Come on subway y’all have to do better.
