The food here is good the only problem I ever have when I come here is the lettuce is occasionally pink/browning. But the service is always amazing Lex is a bright and smiling face every time I come in no matter how late it is. He will have a line of people and still give each customer a personable experience. If every subway had employees like Lex I think they would be doing so much better. Lex if you see this Thank you so much for being so kind every time I see you!

I don’t go to Subway unless is the only place open. Last Saturday I decided to give them a try at their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, and this was a horrible experience, since the kids making the sandwiches and another employee (maybe on his free time) eating, talking and laughing really loud.
All the previous issues would’ve been nothing if the sandwich was good, but this is the worst part, it’s the most disappointing experience ever at any sandwich store.
They served a really small sandwich with just a few pieces of steak, this guy didn’t know what he was doing.
I just bit once and threw it away.

Nice newly-renovated Subway with several booths and high-top tables inside. Overall clean and well-maintained. Only took off a star because they seemed to go a little light in the sandwich toppings. Other than that it was a good experience.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The employees—and especially the manager, Kenni—were incredibly kind and attentive. Kenni even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and was a great conversationalist, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Alex made my sandwiches and gave excellent recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to order. Every sandwich turned out perfect—fresh, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. The sandwich-making station was fully stocked with fresh ingredients, and the team clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards.
These employees genuinely made a lasting impression on me and elevated my overall Subway experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Don’t waste your money. Understaffed and really rude customer service. There’s one lady there who is rude if you just say hello or smile. Don’t even bother with curbside cause it takes them at least 30 minutes to notice you most of the time. And then they’ll shame you for ordering online when they hand you the food. Isn’t that literally part of their job description?
Also, because staff doesn’t care about their jobs, you usually end up with bad sandwiches like this picture.

Horrible I was at a different subway and had accidentally forgot to change my pick up location. The manager at current sub said it it’s ok just call the other store and cancel. I literally tried calling 30x phone off hook! No way of cancelling on app either and they charged my card with no pick up of sandwiches!! I even called the next day 20 more times no pick up!!! Then I try to find customer service number it’s just for gift card and it’s a voice message!!!! This is a rip off! U would have gone back to the other store but it’s over an hour away. Ridiculous!!!!!

Robin at the Oviedo location was amazing!!! We came in 40 minutes til close and she was a gem. So sweet, great customer service, extremely quick and lovely. Just wanted her to get the recognition she deserves.

Disgusting is the first thing I have to say. While eating my sandwich I noticed a hair in it and I started pulling it out when I noticed it was a long hair about 8 inches long.
