Walk in to subway, no greeting, employee taking his time to wait on me although nobody else was there. Just seemed like he was miserable. I ordered a 6″ tuna sub on wheat, well it was more like a bread sandwich. Very disappointing

Absolutely disgusting experience. The first thing we were greeted with was a rude “What do you want?” instead of even the most basic customer service. The store was filthy, especially the prep line. As someone who has worked at Subway, it was obvious that food safety and company standards were being completely ignored. On top of that, the staff behind the line was openly rude to each other, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I watched them contaminate all of the vegetables by getting salt and pepper mixed into them. The attitude, cleanliness, and overall operation were completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

My wife & I frequent this Subway. Today we went @ around 13:00, was greeted by a worker that we’ve had previously. Wouldn’t you know it, started with an attitude when we ordered 3 subs. Not uncommon with this guy! He’s had the attitude other times we went. He asked the manager for help & she took over. She was extremely professional & courteous. She finished our order for us.Thank goodness for her otherwise we would have left!

Jose made the most amazing sandwich!!! It had the perfect ratios, he put up with how picky I am too!!! He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions!!! And weird thing to add but their bathroom WAS SQUEAKY CLEAN!!!

the employees here give you what they want you to have and nico needs to learn how to make a sub the way that the customers order it how do you order the parmesan vinegerete and get parmesan cheese for a sub the employees here need to dig there head out of there buts and get to listening to what people order instead of worried about there online orders and putting them before five people standing in the line i wont be back in this one

Update 1/6/26:
Received coupons in the mail and decided to give it another try—nope. The app will still not accept a valid code. Went to the website to notify someone, but you’re forced to interact with an AI bot that has limited options and no way to raise the issue or contact a human. Terrible.

This is not a reflection of the staff at this location, who are very friendly and helpful, but rather an issue with the Subway franchise overall. The mobile app rarely works properly, often doesn’t accept locally promoted promotional codes, and rewards points seem to disappear at random. One of Subway’s biggest draws is supposed to be its discounts, but unfortunately, they frequently don’t work.

This location was doing really well with new managers.now every order I get the honey oat bread is hard as a rock, very skimpy on everything. And is not tasty even the cookies taste like they are right out of the smelly fridge.
