I can’t relate to the other negative reviews.. This is usually my go to location, because it’s the best in the area as far as inventory and customer service go. All of the ingredients always look fresh and stocked & the bathrooms are super clean. Today, Chris and Angel double teamed my large order of 4 subs all at the same time and got me out in less than 10 minutes. Only deltona subway I’ll go to!!

I went to Subway this afternoon and I purchased two protein bowls and two halves for my kids. I always request fresh mozzarella because of dietary restrictions. The protein bowl reflected there was no traces of the usual mozzarella. When I called the store both Alexis and Jackson told me I was unaware of the food in front of myself and that they clearly placed the mozzarella along with provolone and additional cheeses inside. I asked Jackson how that was possible considering the thiness of the consistency in the melted cheese. The upcharge for the mozzarella was an additional reason why I was reporting the mozzarella shortage. The associates advised that there was nothing they could do but charge me more. I normally appreciate Subway but the service received over a 40 dollar order due to some cheese is a loss of revenue in business. The picture below shows the discrepancy of difference in mozzarella. I even asked for the associates to remake my order and I was refused. We called back to ask their names and Alexis asked if we would come in, but I lost my appetite for Subway entirely.

Is this for real? Someone was not knowledgeable or caring enough to be making my sandwich. Ordered through the Subway app and this is what I got. As a former GM for Subway, this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of proper training. Wish I could post a picture. Sloppy.

Can’t follow simple instructions. Ordered a sandwich via doordash and specified that I wanted chipotle sauce, black pepper, and onions added to it. They somehow managed to get the black pepper right, but omitted the chipotle sauce and onions (which were the toppings I really wanted, the pepper I could have added myself if I wanted to). Pretty sad, because the things I asked for were right there on the receipt, so not sure how they could miss them. Oh, and btw, the flatbread was hard, not pillowy like it should be. Not a great meal.

Just got off the plane from PA to spend a few days watching my niece & stopped here 1st. We were immediately greeted upon entering the store & there were 3 employees all super nice & speedy! They made a sub of the day into a salad for me. Good service is hard to come by! Give this subway a try .

Has been the best location in the Deltona area for quite some time. Very clean, bread is fresh, veggies obviously stocked regularly and swapped out. The young woman that’s worked there for years, forgive me for not knowing her name, is wonderful and always working. She makes an amazing sub. All the other employees are kind, friendly, and make a good sandwich too.
I highly recommend this location and this location only in Deltona strictly.

Subway is one of our family favorites. They typically are pretty quick and the food is always fresh. Our last few visits the service has been very slow and there is only a few people in line. It is the Howland, Fl location.
