This location has a drive through but when I visited between 2:30-3:00pm it was not in service. This seems like a missed opportunity for sales and is an inconvenience for those looking for faster services.
I did go inside however as I had the time.
Store was clean
As the only customer at the time I was greeted and served fast.
The server however had no personality and was so soft spoken that I would need to ask him to repeat himself multiple times.
Food was good and reasonably priced
For $20 I got a large sub, drink and 4 cookies. I believe it was closer to 15 without the cookies but I received a gift card for the holidays that I was trying to spend all of.
Only complaints about the food would be the white bread for the sub was a bit stale on the ends and the cookies were a bit overcooked. Not to the point it ruined the food but just not the best quality I have had from other Subways.

The customer service here and cleanliness? Perfect. Genuinely love subway but this one takes the cake. Drive Thru option is cool, but the efficiency and welcome atmosphere makes me wanna come back every time I can–and I will. To the employees Kim, Katie, Whitney.

I ordered me and my son food from subway app and they had door dash delivered it i never got the food this was last saturday I called both subway and door dash and they basically had me play ping pong between the two and no one fixed the problem then i get a call from the manager who ensures she was going refund me this happened before she was going file a complaint with door dash and again Nothing happened smh literally a week plus just to try to get either my order or a refund Filed a complaint with cooperate hopefully that will fixed my issue cause the store hasn’t

Very rude customer service if you come at night. The kiosk was not working, and the woman started to talk when we asked for help. She was very rude, so my husband and I just drove off. Bottom line, if you don’t like your job, then quit!

Food is always great but what’s the point of having a drive-thru if no ones going to check on it? Waited at the window for 15 minutes after ordering, had to go inside to get my food because no one ever came to the drive thru window

Not only am I extremely disappointed and appalled. I ordered ONLINE outside came into the subway location and my order was CANCELLED. Yet the 22.14 was STILL taken from my account. They MADE me wait for an additional 15 and refused to make my order . I even offered to pay AGAIN!!!! Lisa is a terrible manager and I feel horrible for anyone who works with this lady she is extremely disrespectful to the customer and I’m again disappointed and appalled how I was treated here !!!! Learn how to mange Lisa you are a terrible human being !!

So I had a coupon code that I was sent and asked to use for my order to save on the total. I know nothing other than what the instructions stated. So I tell the lady that was checking me out and she ends up calling I’m assuming her manager. I tell her the same thing and show her the code and info. and she clearly had got an attitude with me about it. The look on this chicks face was one of disgust. I dont understand her issue with what I was showing her. Last time I checked it is her job to know these things not mine. So the food is good but the attitude over a coupon code was uncalled for. I recommend the food but I won’t say the same for the service.

Stopped by because of the drive-through , ended up eating inside. Food is fantastic! This place is super clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back anytime we are in Deland they even have a live vegetable shelf with produce.
