I don’t know where to start. I am beyond disappointed. I have never seen them make a sandwich SOOOO poorly. Clearly someone takes zero pride in making sandwiches. I placed a uber-eats order. $$$$$ $25.00 + tip for 2 sandwiches. 1 was a steak & cheese, the other was a Chipotle Italian coldcut. Reminds of the old lady yelling…where’s the beef

Every time I’ve been here, the staff have been friendly and accommodating, even helping with suggestions. Management seems to care a lot about the establishment. When I did go, some tables could have benefitted from more cleaning, but I did come right after the lunch rush which is entirely understandable. I prefer this location in comparison to some of the other’s around central florida.

I went by for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, efficient and was all about doing an excellent job. He kept a steady pace and was handling taking orders, making the sandwiches, cashiering and personally opening the restroom upon request.
I watched him when no customers were there and he began cleaning, sorting the bread and prepping for the next round of business.
He seemed to me to stand above the crowd of employees available today.

I had such an amazing visit at Subway! The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was fresh and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond with their service. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted — super fresh veggies, perfectly baked bread, and generous portions. The employee who helped me was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect before I left.
You can really taste the quality in every bite. Fast service, clean space, and great food what more can you ask for? This Subway location truly stands out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Whoever made my subs today knocked it out of the park. I had the subway club and my husband had the ham and turkey stacker of the fresh fit menu. By far the best subs I’ve ever had from subway. Hands down to the staff today you all rock!!

I came in around 6pm on a Monday and there were two young men handing the front. My daughter and I walked in and there was no one on the line which we thought was great. They saw us and said nothing to us. They had some friends walk in the store and had some conversation and whatever else for about 10 minutes before one of them decided to come help us. I didn’t bother to tell them that she was pregnant and it feeling well. I have never been more frustrated with lack of customer service. If I return to this location, and those young men are here, I definitely will go to another location because utter ridiculousness is an understatement.
