Went in tonight 1/15/26 and I was the only person there. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to finish a mobile order which is fine. There was another worker there but he was in the back not helping. After she finished with the subs and they then contemplated about the 12 mobile order cookies and how they didn’t have them, she started my order. I wanted a foot long sub. Picked my bread and I wanted a meatball sub. She said ohh I have to get more from the back..I said well will they be cold? Well yes but she can put them in the microwave to heat them up. I left. Her customer service was good but the execution was not. All I wanted was a meatball sub and at 620pm it’s not unreasonable. I’ve never been told they didn’t have meatballs. I won’t be back.

I ordered 2 subs mine was on sweet onion bread. I ask that it not be toasted when I opened it up I found the bread hard as wood I could not bite into it so I took everything inside and ate it with a fork but only after 9 calls to subway at error plaza apopka fla. Where the phone rang 7 to 8 tines then hung up on me . 45 min. Later I still can’t get a answer. Needless to say im not happy with ordering on line,with this store. . I give it a 0 out of 10 with protest I will stick to fire house .

From the moment I walked in, the manager and associate made it clear they weren’t happy to see a customer, sighing “Ugh, there’s a customer.” Any request for something extra was treated as though I were begging rather than paying. They didn’t even allow my sandwich to be toasted properly. On top of that, my combo included a fountain soda that turned out to be mostly water instead of soda. Overall, the service was very poor and the experience was unpleasant.Will not be returning or speaking positively of this location.

This location needs a little more training on how to make salads. You have to chop up the meats and cheese. You can’t throw full slices of meat and cheese on top of veggies. That’s not practical. How do you expect someone to eat that as a salad. Every other subway I go to cuts the meat and cheese up. One time I asked the lady before I ordered if she could cut up the meats and cheese and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked, why would she not cut up the meat and cheese. I said you’d be surprised. She said it’s standard that cheese and meats be cut up for salads. Well this location didn’t get the memo because they never do.
Who wants to eat a salad with a full slice of cheese slapped on top? Every time I get a salad from here I have to sit there shredding it all up before I can even start eating it.

It does not matter what day or time of day I go to this location. Or whether it’s online or a in person order, this place is understaffed. And I NEVER see the owner. That’s not to take away from the employees who are working as fast as they can to get orders done. It is obvious that this owner is doing everything to save labor at the expense of the customer. I stopped coming here for months because it was always a long line. I do an online order tonight and come in and surprise! Only one employee here who is working as hard as she can. If you are a cheap business owner, you will never catch up because the few pennies you are trying to save it labor costs you 10xs as much in sales.

I usually go to this subway and it’s always good but I went on Monday night to get a veggie sub. The guy making my sandwich was saying his boss told him to only put 6 olives in every sandwich. They usually put a good amount of all the vegetables but this time around they put very less of all the veggies. It looked like I was eating more bread than the veggie delight sandwich. I hope the owner or the manger take ownership and step up to make the sandwiches the right way. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this subway again.

Very clean and polite staff. Made my sub the exact way I like ! Even gave a few more veggies then the other location! Will be back for sure . Devon was a great help showing me the different sandwiches for me to choose .
