If I could give this no stars I would…. I stopped into this subway and ordered a sandwich and a salad. Staff member was extremely rude. You could tell he was irritated to have to wait on me and I was the only customer at the time. He abruptly threw the meat into my salad and when I asked to have them cut up, he picked them out of the bowl squeezed the meat and tore it into pieces. This is totally unacceptable to treat someone’s food this way. Today, I called and spoke directly to the manager (Bill) who could have cared less about what I was saying and how I was treated. Don’t waste your time going here. There is a subway a little ways up the road. Worth the trip to get better service and to be treated with a little respect as a consumer!

They were nice enough, but sloppy. They didn’t ring up my order correctly and i ended up paying a dollar extra even though I said “I want the meal deal with the small drink.” When brought she shrugged her shoulders and i just paid for the two chips that were not rang up. And then (the grossest by far thing to happen during the visit) she handed me the food and her glove was still attached to the bag. Small things like the lid not being able to fit the lid was resolved quickly. But that wasn’t a fun visit.

Worst subway in this area. Guy came out the back. Didn’t speak, I had to speak to him. I ordered a salad, didn’t want to cut the tomatoes, cucumbers or the meat. Didnt want them chopped, just sliced. They gladly do this at any other Subway, I’ve gotten a salad or sub at. Not like he was busy I was the only person in there. Asked for a specific dressing he gave me something else. His response was, we don’t have that one. Okay, then he could’ve told me that and then I could select another one. No apologies, no thank you. Just very rude customer service. I’ve been coming here consistently for years, and they’ve never disappointed me! And I recently learned that the franchise owner is standing behind his employees in the face of rude people! Food shortages aren’t the line workers fault, stop treating them like it is! The customer is not always right!

Not sure if it’s just me or the flavors have changed but the meatballs don’t taste like they normally do at other subways. Then the sweet onion sauce taste like they forgot the sweet part of the recipe. All in all they are nice people but service can be slow at times and the food isnt up to par. I still eat there cause it’s super close.

We tried ordering the new wraps that Subway is currently promoting and they didn’t have any of the foods available for the wraps (and no cookies) and the young girl at the register blamed it on the fact that the person who was supposed to open the restaurant that morning “didn’t show up”…. It was 3:30 pm The girl who made the wrap we settled on did make an effort to help us even though she was left alone with a long of people to which she had to keep saying “we don’t have this or that” because the other girl disappeared.

Came in on June 4 2017 at 1230 pm there was only one lady working, she was very rude didn’t make the food in a nice way. She was just slapping the food on the bread with no regard to how it was placed. And didn’t care what people where asking for on there sandwich. It seemed to be her way only and if you asked for more she became rude all over again….. This store needs better management and employees. Will never eat here again and I’ll let others know not to come here… EVER…….

Can you AT LEAST have your employees washing there hands after they come back in from smoking. It’s gives off a unsanitary perception of the food. Not to mention the negative attitude of the employee (Daniel) because I came in 30 minutes before closing. Thanks.
