This is an ongoing issue with this location and I normally let it slide but today was ridiculous. Did an app order for two subs. Both were missing toppings. The first sub missing cucumbers and pickles, the 2nd missing tomatoes (which the first sub had on it so this isn’t a case of they were just out of a particular item) and what veggies were on the 2nd sub were minimal at best. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GETTING THESE ORDERS WRONG! It is literally written down in plain English what does and does not go on a sub. I stopped ordering in person because the customer service in store was getting worse and worse but this is just unacceptable. I don’t see how the owner of this store can tolerate such laziness from staff.

Ordered ahead on app pickup time 145. Arrive at 2:00 order not even started because out of meats.. out of cheeses. How is a subway out of HAM, Salimai, and Pepperoni??Can’t even make half the orders spent additional 20 mins in store because not taking orders inside before start my overdue online order. Then on top of it the customer service was non existent. Terrible experience and wasted money. Made a 12″ Spicy Italian with Turkey! No other meats!! Just Turkey. Couldn’t even eat it. Will not come or order from this location again.

Went inside to order June 22nd and the guy behind the counter was in a horrible mood. He was down talking his coworker as well as rushing me with my order. He then attempted to overcharge me on the sandwich I purchase every single night then stated he can’t do anything about prices then threw the sandwich. I will be contacting corporate. If you hate your job then quit smart guy

Arrived at Subway at 9:53pm. The door was still unlocked and as I walked in, I was informed that they were closed although, they are suppose to be open til 10pm. After getting back into my car. A male walked into the store. I watched the girl behind the counter hand him a cup to get a drink. A few mins later he turns off the open sign and locks the door. This needs to be taken care of. If you are open until 10pm then you should be serving til 10pm.

Terrrrrrrrible customer service. Walked in with my husband to order wraps. One female employee with brown hair started both of our wraps then walked away. Then another employee was messing with a pick up order and was confused about how to make and messed it up. So he tossed it to the side on top of my wrap. He acted like he didn’t want to complete the wraps. So then my husband had to coach him and tell him how to make his wrap. Once his wrap was complete he then tried to go back to the online order with my wrap beneath it! He tried to ring my husband up, and my husband had to tell him there’s one more wrap. So he basically tossed the online order and tried to start mine with an attitude. I just told him that I’m okay I don’t want it anymore. This happened July 2nd 1:50PM. A medium sized employee with brown hair, and a skinny male with brown hair.

I never have a problem with the taste of quality of the food, but always have a problem when it’s ordered on line of the sandwich makers following simple directions. If a customer explicitly asks for foot long to be cut in 3 pieces, it needs to be done. Also, it should be known without asking, that the sandwiches need to be labeled, since you are not there when they are prepared. When sandwiches are going to 2 different houses on the same order, I don’t feel it’s sanitary for someone else to have to unwrap my sandwich and open it up to see which sandwich is which, when they are very similar. It is very hard to tell which is which without handling and having your fingers all over the other person’s food. Then when they do mark them after being asked to, they put a 1, 2, 3, 4 on it, as if you are supposed to remember the exact order you ordered the subs. Ridiculous. Then when you get home even the numbers are wrong and don’t correlate with how you ordered them anyway. Get a better system, have a little pride in what you do, follow simple directions and most importantly DO BETTER!

Recently I had the opportunity to go to lunch with some friends who golf together. They decided on Subway on Racetrack Rd. When it came to ordering they had a special for the day and I was so happy when I payed for my lunch. On another occasion I went to another store in Navarre and had a totally different view. It was very difficult and I left to find lunch at another place up the road. I felt disappointed by the service and the difference between the quality of service at the two locations. The menu was far from the ordering process at the end of the line in Navarre, but not at the Racetrack location. I thought it was odd!

Was very busy when we went tonight for 3 foot longs. About 10 people came in behind us. The three kids working handled the crowd politely, efficiently, and maintained positive attitudes as well as a clean restaurant.

Great service. Walked in and was greeted with hello and a smile. 5 people ahead of me but no problems. Server got me in and out in under 4 minutes. I topped them good because great service is worth it. Best subway i been too. 1/16/23. Still awesome Subway!perfect
