The food was fine but the lady inside was honestly rude and she was on her phone as we were talking to her scrolling through instagram and she was on the phone with somebody. We thought we put the order wrong incorrectly cause we asked for no mayo but online was difficult so i went back in and told her we wanted no mayo and the fact she say on her phone scrolling and talking on her phone with somebody is so disrespectful and she shouldn’t be working if she cant do her job respectfully.

This has got to be the slowest subway in America. Lady working the window 7/25 2pm should read a book on teamwork. You really think people have 30 minutes to sit at your window and watch you wander around aimlessly? You should just clock out and go home honestly.

Went through the drive thru. Got the complete wrong sandwich. So I went back. My fault I should have checked before driving off but it was wrong AGAIN. Waste of 40 minutes. No time to go back again. Order total $15.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl with just avocado and tomatoes and the lady taking my order was snappy and had a rude tone when I said I didn’t didnt want greens (if I wanted greens I’d get a salad….)and then she asked what sauce I wanted and I said ranch. The dressing was left off completely. I’m so glad I asked for avocado or it would have been too dry. It was a really long wait even with only one person in front of me. It just wasn’t worth the money. If you have the time go elsewhere.

It’s absolutely awful, the Woman working on 6/10/21 at 11:30 doing the intercoms and frequently does it, is insanely rude to customers, won’t let you finish your order before telling you to drive around. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the car line or 20 minutes inside. I’ve payed extra for things I don’t receive. This subway will be rude to you then steal your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Absolutely terrible, if it’s not one thing it’s another. Today I received my order and even asked if all the contents were on the bag twice and once I open the bag there is a missing part of my order. Everytime I have gone it’s either attitude or my order is wrong some how.
